My daughter, carrying my granddaughter (19 mths old), went into Riggio's and was literally harassed. As she entered the store she was confronted by an elderly lady (later identified as Ms Riggio). She asked my daughter what she needed, and she replied, "I'm just looking." Ms Riggio persisted, "for what?" My daughter thought she was being nice and again told her, nothing in particular, just looking. The conversation continued in this manner and my daughter began to feel as though she wasn't welcome. She was told, we don't have your sizes or type of clothing. My daughter departed and went to the diner across the street to eat lunch. After completing a phone call to tell her husband about the situation and eating, she decided to go talk with the woman again to try to see why there appeared to be a grudge. Immediately after walking in, Mr Riggio came from the back and told her she needed to leave or he would call the police and tell them that she "attacked" his wife, which was a lie. Inventory was terrible and there was harassment from the very beginning. Everyone should stop by and try on everything they have. Keep them busy with putting clothes away but don't buy anything. They obviously need some company in their lives.

They said that the sweatpants were only ringing in as an $8.00 purchase when they scanned the barcode, even though clearly listed on the receipt at $29.97. Store manager treated me very poorly and wasn't trying to resolve the situation at all. i would not recommend shopping at this location.

I tried to return them and they have a refund policy that says that the shoe has to be in unworn condition. How can you know howthe shoe fits if you can't wear them? The manager told me to bring them home and clean them up and bring them back and see what she could do. I cleaned them and polished them and took them back. They didn't want to refund me my money because there was a Very slight schuff on the bottom of the heel. They did however say they could exchange them. What's the difference? And if they don't take "worn shoes" then why do they have this on their website: SHOE STOP has assorted mis-mates, overstocks, odds and ends and worn shoes for sale.? And on their reciept they say that they have a 30 day guarantee on shoes if unworn. Who is going to keep a pair of shoes for 30 days and not wear them?
