This place is one of the cleanest, friendliest gun store/ranges I have been in. Get in there at lunch time or go by on a night when the kitchen is open. The Carrera family treats me like family every time I am there. Highly recommend their shop to any level of shooter. read more

I knew very little about the Valley area nor knew what to expect. I was pleased all the way around, especially with RST. They knew I had to drive a long way to see them. They accommodated me at every turn. My instructor was very professional while being caring. They charge by the hour. However, my lessons usually went into overtime (without added charge). Mrs. Gonzalez set up my appointment with DMV. I did not have enough ID to get my license. I tried to get it when I got home only to find out I needed a behind the wheel test. I had passed the test with the school. DMV told me I also had to test with them. The catch was it had to be in a car with hand controls. You cannot rent a car with hand controls nor have them installed without the proper license. Catch 22. I called Mrs. Gonzalez. She told me that if I could return to Mission, I could use the car I took my lessons in. I had to go to Edinburg for the test. She went with me. She saw to it that everything was taken care of. When it was all over (I passed), she wouldn't let me pay her for her time. She said that since I had to make two trips it was the least she could do for me. Without RST and Mrs. Gonzalez, it would not have happened. I am now able to experience the independence I have missed for several years. I was more than pleased with RST and Mrs. Gonzalez.

The guys were pretty cool there. Very professional. I didn't feel pressured even tho they were packed and I had to wait for a lane to open but I didn't mind since they were awesome. The pricing was a bonus and I can see myself getting a membership soon. read more
