Right from the initial call to the party follow-up, they provided THE best customer service I've ever received for any service (and I'm a VERY picky customer!). They took our initial idea and put it on steroids. I can be pretty creative but they blew me out of the water with their spin on our event. The extra time and effort they put into making our party one we will never, ever forget was extraordinary. Communication was super easy, the price was very reasonable (even cheap for what they ended up providing) and their care attention to detail was out of this world.
