very unhappy with ambrowtrailer had a services done my trailer came back with the back two wheels…read moreskidding both my trailers after one month needed replacing took my trailer back was told it was just mud on the cables still had problems took it back but was told it was the fact my van was too low to the ground making the rear set of wheels not making proper contact with the road.So I took my trailer some wear else found out that ambrows had not fitted the brake cables correctly they cross the cables so that each side had opposite cables making it difficult to set up the brakes .They had my back brakes coming on before front brakes .Also many years early they fitted ramps on my trailer one of the ramps was over the brake rod and had worn through the rod no mention about this on the service should have been replaced .My coupling on my trailer was worn out but the said might as well get your money out of this before replacing this part but I feel this was bad advice my damper had already gone and after the service the damper went it had only been replaced by ambrows months early .As a result I now have had new coupling ,new brake cables and brakes fixed by someone else . Ambrows have cost me £120 for the service which was not done correctly ,£120 for tyres ,£150 for having the ramp moved and £10 for the second visit to fix my trailer grand total £400 .All because they try to do too many jobs in a day and rushed my trailer through too quickly making too many mistakes

If you have forgotten which tyre it is, they will find it for you, tell you all the offers and discounts available, and replace it for you. They will even order one in from a nearby branch while you wait! If you ask to have the tyre pressures checked, they do that too. Very good, excellent.

YOU GO THERE WITH A PROBLEM , after few days/weeks you realised your car PROBLEMS MULTIPLIED. They should NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO M.O.T.'s or to look up into your car engine. THEY DO NOT HOLD CERTIFICATES FOR SUCH WORK! I've paid 700£++ to change 4 tyres wich include balancing and tracking... after few days realised a strong vibration in the steering wheel so went back to realise THEY FORGOT TO DO THE BALANCING! Like a foolish went again after 2 months to do the servicing ( oil, filter, brake pads change) ....Few days passing by my sterring wheel is got a strange noise when you change direction , plus the arch on the back broken. NOT RECCOMEND! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! PAY A BIT MORE TO A PROPER GARAGE AND SAVE ON A LONG RUN!

Having a petrol station in the village is in itself a real asset, but unlike many such places, it's not unfairly priced either in terms of the fuel or the shop. When you consider that there's a Tescos Express open long hours just round the corner, the shop itself is pretty well stocked with more than just essentials plus seasonal stuff such as garden toys and BBQs in the summer. The shop is always spotlessly clean and the staff are helpful and friendly, but a really nice touch is the give a penny, take a penny pot on the counter for those annoying times when you go over by 1p when filling up your car! I took my car in for a coolant…read moreleak inspection where I already knew what the fault could be due to a previous inspection at a different garage but they were fully booked and it was convenient to take it to Malvern instead . I was advised previously that it would be a simple hose to be replaced ,parts and labour £120 ,I took it to Malvern and they quated me £500 as it could take 5 hours or so of Labour ,much to my disbelief I questioned it as I had been quoted previusly ,when I challenged that it could be the hose they were unsure ,it almost seemed as they hadn't inspected the car at all ,I was completely appalled by it as I've just took it to a new garage who also told me it's just a hose crack ! All I can say is I hope nobody else uses them as they are blatantly trying to rip people off ! serfice to say they won't be getting my business again !

This car garage makes taking my car in when it has an issue a far less worrying experience. Being female and knowing nothing about cars I am always nervous about being ripped off by garages who see pound signs when a woman appears with an old banger. The guys at Malvern Garage are wonderful at explaining what needs doing in a language I understand and have been known to diagnose faults and offer temporary suggestions when I called them saying something vague like 'I can't start my car in the morning' and they pinpointed the issue within a couple of pertinent (but understandable) questions. Their charges are not cheap, I don't think any garage is but I feel you get an honest price for an honest job and I have never had to take my car back to re-fix any work they have done.
