We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." Consequently, they damaged new floors, lied about their staging experience (they had none), put our expensive furniture in a storage warehouse without informing us, ruined fine artwork, simply lost our drapes (who does that?) & were unprofessionial & dismissive. What a train wreck! We ended our contract, but not soon enough. Obviously, should have shared this experience before you encountered them. Sorry friend.

You'll see when you meet him. Ty Ash is incompetent, immature, unprofessional real estate technician. He is in it for himself, doesn't care about you as a client, and will do anything to put you in a terrible situation for a money grab. He will schmooze you til the end, and you won't even realize it because that's how slimy and shady he is. Trust me (an unbiased client who was looking for a new home and got absolutely ROBBED), or feel free to trust his boy club buddies (majority of whom work or have worked with him). His reviews are a facade as weak as his actual real estate skills. Literally, go to anyone else. Give your commission to someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Someone who will do the work and who's earned and deserves it. Someone who will find you something appropriate within your price range, provide actual guidance and support, go to bat for you, and has negotiation skills. Not a young amateur who will not spend an extra minute on you and will screw you over with terrible advice to make a couple more bucks for his and his girlfriend's pocket. We had a house built by Bielinski in 2010, from their then premiere line of homes. The house is…read morebeautiful and there is a lot of quality craftsmanship visible, but my main gripe is that they used crap windows. Shortly after moving in, window springs started breaking. I would call the window manufacturer, and they would send replacements. This got so frequent that the window company eventually sent a box of springs. There was also a noticeable draft in the window tracks, that was so strong that it could blow out a match. The windows let plenty of cold air in each winter. About five years in, window glass seals in the double-pane windows started to fail, and there would be a hazy gray film between the panes of glass. The manufacturer was willing to send me new window panes, but if I wanted them to fix it, there was a wait of many months. I fixed a few myself, but as I noticed more and more failed seals, I gave up. Now, fifteen years in, more than half of the windows have failed. Since I didn't want to keep putting the same company's junk in my house, I decided to replace most of the windows (23 of 27) with high quality replacements. Even with two of the windows being free, this is costing me $28K. Neighbors who have seen the windows going in have all expressed their disbelief that I should have to be replacing windows this soon. Their houses are all about the same age and nobody has had to replace theirs. My other gripe is that the paint on our fireplace mantel bubbled immediately after we started using the fireplace. Bielinski contacted the fireplace manufacturer and the paint company, and reps from both blamed each other, and Bielinski did nothing. To this day we have blistered paint across our mantel. It looks like crap, and we will probably end up replacing the mantel. If we would build another house, I probably wouldn't use Bielinski.

Sandi helped us with the purchase of our condo back in 2020, and then the purchase of our home in 2022. I'll be honest, the mortgage world was all new to me during these times, so I've had many questions along the way. Sandi's never hesitated to take my calls or respond to all of my emailed questions. Happy to say we ended up on our home at an acceptable rate (in this economy anyway). Most recently, I reached out to her to chat about refinance options, PMI removal inquiry, and a few other things. Again, always quick to respond and help navigate best financial options in these scenarios. Certainly very knowledgeable and professional.
