So, we did the online order and arrived to pick it up; called in; were told the order was ready. I…read morewatched as people came and went, for 30 mins. I finally nabbed someone and asked for help. We stood there in the rain trying to figure it out. My order was not showing on her device. She asked if I was sure that I had placed it at the correct address. We were looking at my order, which showed the lewisburg address. As we were trying to figure it out, it suddenly showed that the order was picked up. I asked what I was supposed to do. She said that I had to call and request a refund. As I was needing a couple of the items for a meal that night, I ran into the store to buy the items. Of course, they were out of stock. I ended up having to spend money on substitutes. When i went home, we tried to do a refund. Well, we went through several tasks and several phone calls, before we decided to call the store manager. The pick up manager found our order that was still there. And we will be picking it up tomorrow. The staff is severely uneducated in their job and they also dont seem to be in a hurry to get the job done. For the 30 mins i sat there, I watched how they slowly delivered groceries while cars were waiting for a parking place. Not good business st all. Ih, and I did go on to try to leave my revieve on their site after the puck up was made and it wouldn't let me. Which led me to yelp.

Me and me friends walked in for lunch and we were looking at the menu as an older woman was behind…read morethe counter prepping things. We were talking about what we wanted for 2 minutes and until we were ready she yelled "LADIES DELI CLOSED" and we were confused so we started walking out and she said "It's my birthday so i'm closing shop an hour early". Would have been nice to know when we walked in that she was closing her shop early and would have been nice to know it was closing as we were actively deciding what we wanted. Side note, she still had her open sign on and as soon as we walked she closed it. Wish it would have been better.
