And while you can do similar searches out here (Gumtree, local paper), you are more than likely to spend the majority of your time and effort dealing with Estate agents. And it PHUCKING SUCKS. The ridiculous crap they charge for is just unbelievable. However, I do have to give some kudos to Wigwam. Even though they still charge for ridiculous things (as ALL agents do) these people at least go above and beyond to help with whatever you need. If I'm going to pay an arm and a leg, I better get some customer service! And Wigwam certainly does deliver :) When our washer/dryer went out and the owner refused to replace it (WTF!!) Wigwam took our side and helped get it replaced. Whenever we had any issues I would drop them an email or phone call and they responded very quickly. That's what I am talking about -- good customer service. And they are super nice, too! Eventually, we are looking to purchase our own home. Until then, I will definitely continue renting from Wigwam. Not at places like ::COUGHS::Accord Lets::COUGHS::, who are quite frankly, a bunch of a-holes. True story!

I contacted Oulsnams to view some properties in the Kings Heath area because I wanted to develop an understanding of the market and the property I could be buying into. The service I received here was exemplary from the start to the finish. The staff I dealt with had a good approach towards sales, they were not too pushy. They were happy to show me numerous properties in the area and they met me at times that I requested. I didn't end up buying some where, but I may do in the future. If this is the case I would be more than happy to do business with this agents.

As soon as I advertised through Homes Online they found me a great tenant. They also did a credit check on another potential tenant who turned out to have a poor credit history, including none payment of council tax. I am thankful that by using the agency they were able to screen out unsuitable tenants. I believe the agency also appeals to prospective tenants as other agencies are charging extortionate fees to both the landlord and prospective tenant. I would recommend their services to both landlords and prospective tenants.

The company advertise in the Solihull local papers and on Rightmove so houses get plenty of coverage. We also get a weekly phonecall to tell us how things are going. The shop is open 7 days a week to provide maximum possibility to attract potential buyers. The company also charge a very reasonable fee compared to other loal estate agents.
