She is intuitive, compassionate, extremely intelligent, and I have made massive shifts in my life after only a few sessions with her. After my first session I overcame my fear of snakes. Subsequently, my social anxiety has dissipated, I am much more organized, and I have made significant changes to my relationships for the better. I was looking at my life from the stand point that there were many things I wanted to accomplish. I could see them, but seemed unable to move forward with these dreams. 1. Write a book. 2. Get projects done. 3. Travel and play. As I began working with Lisa, I soon found I was accountable for what does and doesn't happen in my life. I asked my coach how this process all worked. I could see pieces of the puzzle of my life starting to form as I gained alignment between wants and realities. Lisa coached me into believing in myself in a way I hadn't been able to access on my own. She said, "I had to trust the process and things would organically grow..." She safely led me through the process. She tended to the tender spots, talked with me about things like boundaries, and helped me develop a mission statement and a plan for the next three to five years. Of course it turned into weekly and even daily goals, but I didn't see all of this at the time. It was an insightful experience and positive. So what happened with all this coaching you might ask? As it turns out, I wrote a book! I'm working the revision process. I've started my second book and have ideas and ways to catch those ideas for all of my musings;for my books I will write! I write daily. I travel weekly and have gained a method for making progress daily on my dreams, projects and my play. I am now living in gratitude and moving in a positive direction.
