If you were on the highest tier of the balcony the stage lights blocked your view of that screen or straight into your eyes. Acoustics were good. Seats were comfortable with enough leg room. Very top balcony had no railings like Stan Sheriff at University of Hawaii. It was very warm with no ac or vents way up high.

We arrived about 45 minutes before the concert was set to start and it was soooo crazy trying to get in. Traffic was really REALLY bad. From our POV there seemed to only be one entrance and we followed the crowd. Our tickets were scanned three times. One at the main entrance, then at the bag check area, and again when we were entering the "floor area." We quickly got our bags checked at the second stop and it went smooth. We bought official merch after the first entrance and there was no line. Once inside we went down to the floor and picked our spot. People were unruly here and we were shoved and pushed over and over again. The concert started and beer kept being thrown in the air landing all over us. The show was great and we had a lot of fun. Leaving the arena is another story and we made sure to have our phones put away. It is known that people get their phones stolen here all the time. We literally felt like sardines leaving as everyone was shoulder to shoulder... Finding an uber nearby was difficult so we walked about a mile away. Overall it was an ok experience, not sure I'd be back. I didn't feel too safe at times...

I've sat in the bleachers and on the floor and both options are fine. The bathrooms are new, clean and not overcrowded and the concession is fairly priced and decent quality in comparison to the US.
