We never heard anything from them so we called on December 22, 2010. The guy said that it should be done on Thursday December 23. On the 23rd they called us to tell us that they could send it out to get the name embroidered on it and it would be back about 4:30pm but they didn't have the back patch. We would have to bring it back when they came in so they could put it on. We didn't want to do that. We asked them when they would be getting the back patch in and were told after the holidays. My wife called today (Jan 7, 2011) and they still don't have the back patches in and the person there didn't know when they were coming in. She told us the owner wasn't there but she would leave a message for him and have him call us back. We have 7 kids and this jacket was for our oldest. We will NOT be ordering the rest of the kids jackets from here!

Fortunately, I wandered on over to Actualink Designs on December 22 at about 3 in the afternoon and told Mr. Martin about my dilemma. I told him what I was looking for with the caveats that I wasn't sure the project could be done at all, but if it could be done, I knew that it wouldn't be done before Christmas. Mr. Martin designed and made my shirt in 24 hours! It is perfect, and now it is all packed up and ready to head out to Kentucky in the wee hours of the morning tomorrow. Of course one should not count on Actualink having time for this kind of turn around, but they sure saved my hide this time! I found Actualink because they make the shirts for We Got This! and Andre Lee Ellis, so I know they do a great job on much larger orders too.
