Since the summer we've had a ghost inside the automated door to our shop resulting in spontaneous opening and closing without anything being touched or triggered. When calling the company who initially helped us get the doors functional, we got voicemail and left a message that took weeks to be returned. Once it was, the promises made for when the door would be evaluated weren't kept. Attempting to fix the matter myself, it's likely that I made things worse and frustrations flared. Luckily my lovely wife had the smarts to contact John at Monton Overhead who answered the phone as promptly as he attended to our needs. Apparently the job wasn't as much of a disaster as I worried it would be as he had the situation completely resolved in short order and it became the first time this married couple celebrated the restoration of functioning garage door clickers. His abilities make him extremely busy so availability might be a possible challenge but if he says he'll be there he will making him a reliable resource in matters pertaining to mechanical door malfunctions.

About a year and a half later I was noticing some gaps in our current seals around the garage door and a small one that seals to the base against the cement. I reached out in the late fall to work on getting them scheduled to "winterized" our garage a bit as well as do a quick "once over" regarding everything else. Alex and his teammate were fantastic to work with! They arrived promptly when scheduled, the price was in line with the original quote (and it was unexpected but they provided me a discount as a Veteran as well). When they arrived they quoted me about a 60-90 minute window to finish the work....they were done right at the 60 minute mark. Everything works great and there's no more daylight showing when the garage door is closed and we're inside the garage. HUGE help! We will gladly use them again if needed...and we'll gladly refer them to others in the area if someone needs help. I love that they are locally owned as I have a small business myself. Also, while they were testing the remote out, we learned that the garage door did not automatically reverse if something was in the way. So scary considering we have 2 littles and how heavy a garage door is! They were happy to write a report up for us to give our property manager to request to be fixed.
