Just completed my lawsuit with AARON SACHS & ASSOC as my Attorneys. This is my true review for…read morethe year and a half process. First they are a big company, I never met or saw Aaron Sachs or Will Sachs, wish I had. IF you sign up be SURE the attorney assigned to you is actually "IN" the office working as I was assigned a remote attorney and he was hard to get a hold of. Additionally during the process I was wondering why the delay after they sent a settlement request to the Insurance company. Come to find out my Attorney FAILED to send the prepared package and it sat on a desk somewhere for OVER 30 days. At that point it appears Aaron Sachs discovered that as well, I received a call from I believe Will Sachs and was assigned a new attorney. From that point the communication got better, the case seemed to move much faster and I did receive calls and emails. I never heard from Will Sachs or Aaron from that point as well. It took about another 90 days to finalize my case, settlement I would have to say was fair, naturally I wanted and feel I deserved more. Received the money but the pain is still there. To summerize the process was very good at the start, even communication but the ball got dropped and was NOT noticed until I called and asked why there was a delay. I would have loved to do a 5 star rating but still ended up with a 4 star in all honesty. That is still a very good rating but I would never settle for any Attorney that did not have an office space and/ or worked remotely. Otherwise really had great service, response and the Paralegal working "Vicky R" did great. HOPEFULLY, I never need another Attorney again BUT if I do, I "would" go back to Aaron Sachs & Assoc......it would be nice though to at least meet the main Attorney in charge.
