Looking back now, we both agree that Jack and his team were the #1 vendor we booked and I can't imagine not having both photo and video done by them! From the very first inquiry phone call Jack just seemed to "get it". We were running through his portfolio galleries and bouncing ideas around from jump. And we were blown away by his preparedness! This was over a year before our wedding date and yet he knew what the expected time of sunset would be and had a preliminary timeline put together for us before we were even off a call. At the time I didn't realize how grateful I would be for that. But to my fellow Type-A brides and grooms, trust me when I say Jack is someone that makes it easy on your brain and you need him. He also explained the importance of having a wedding video in a way that didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on anything, but that he wanted us to decide what was best for US with all the information. We ended up not only moving forward with a video package, but with one that included additional hours of coverage and additional videos. I still say I'm so glad we did that almost every week! Besides being extremely talented and professional, his personality fit right in with us, our friends, and family. We were making jokes as the day started, he held space when there were emotional moments, and by the end of the night some of our best friends where coming up and asking "Where's Jack?". The same can also be said for every member of his team. Good people attract and work for good people, and you can tell that was the case. I am forever thankful to Jack and his team, and even still feel like this review doesn't give justice to the incredible experience we had with them.
