Beware! They have new owners that are rude and unprofessional! I had a signed agreement by both parties since January 2, 2016. The photo booth and package that was agreed upon was a gift from the previous owner, Chris, as a wedding gift to me. He was, hands down, the heart and soul of ShutterBooth. 4 days before my wedding, the new owner had his incredibly rude sales girl call me demanding I pay the full price or they won't be at my wedding. I sent them a copy of my agreement and they said that they won't honor the agreement and Chris no longer works at ShutterBooth. Needless to say, I didn't have the money that close to my wedding day and they didn't show up! Even with a signed agreement and clearly stating that it was a gift from Chris. I had over a dozen emails from them verifying EVERYTHING and that they are confirmed to be at my wedding, TWICE, but then called out of the blue literally 4 DAYS before my wedding! There was no time or availability for me to find another photo booth company on one of the busiest days of the year for weddings. I wasn't able to provide my guests with take home photo strips or have them sign the scrapbook that was in my package as well. I was going to use the scrapbook as my guest book. The new owners are greedy and don't care about their clients, so use EXTREME caution when talking when considering ShutterBooth from now on. I'm very disappointed and it is disheartening that they would rather care about money than fulfilling an agreement with the previous owners AND put a HUGE damper on the biggest day of my life. All in the name of a bottom line. I'm sure they will try to weasel their way out of review and try to have it removed, but I have more than enough proof to abide by the review guidelines. Shutterbooth was fantastic. They were super helpful in allowing me to find the perfect Photo Booth package for my wedding. Once I scheduled them for my wedding they sent me emails confirming that they were still planning for my wedding. This allowed me not to stress about whether they would forget about my wedding or not show up. I really appreciated the extra contact every now and then. The graphic designer emailed me about making my custom logo. I sent her a picture of our wedding invitations and she made a great logo for each photo strip that matched our invitations. It was perfect. I loved how they paid attention to all the little details in order to make my wedding great. They showed up in plenty of time to set up for my wedding. They were ready to go before the ceremony even started. I loved that. They provided great props. The photo booth was spacious (all my bridesmaids fit inside without any problems). Shutterbooth blew me away with the scrapbook they provided for the wedding day. It had a bigger version of our custom made logo on the front and the pages were decorated with our wedding colors. The attendant working the both was friendly with my guests and super helpful. I even got my DVD in the mail with all my pictures from the wedding as soon as I got back from my honeymoon. It was great to get back and have it waiting for us to look at and remember some great memories from our wedding day. I couldn't be happier with Shutterbooth. My guests loved it. Highly recommend! We booked ShutterBooth from a preferred vendor list and I am so thrilled we did. I have been to several weddings and been around several different photobooths, but ShutterBooth is hands down, the best. My event was planned out over a year and a half, and throughout the entire process I received emails from them letting me know they hadn't forgotten about our wedding. They were excellent to stay in touch. All of my communication and planning was done via email, and they far exceeded my expectations upon arrival and throughout the night. We added the photo guestbook to our package, and I highly encourage anyone for future use to do the same. I received an email on our honeymoon with the link of the photo strips, and after we returned home, we have since gotten to look through our photobook. We love looking at it because it truly reflects how much fun everyone had at the reception, along with capturing memories and well wishes! As time passes, we may forget some details about that day, but we will always have this photobook to remind us of it. We have enjoyed it so much, and know we will for the years to come. A BIG thank you to Chris and Team for an incredibly successful event! They were very quick at all correspondence and made sure that every detail was taken care of prior to the event. They even create a personalized logo for your event to go on the photostrip. Chris arrived right on time as expected and was super friendly and easy-going. The whole event went smoothly on their end. They had a great prop selection for our event and it was a HUGE hit for all ages. The entire time Chris was fun, engaging and professional. Could not have asked for more! He even stayed LATE because everyone was having so much fun! We had a nonprofit event in a white gallery (129 Leslie space). Shutterbooth could be used for a wide range of events-- simple, fancy or otherwise. After the event... the NEXT day to be exact... we received an online link to all the photos. They were super easy to download. You then have high quality photos you can use for whatever your heart so desires. As if that wasn't enough we also received a CD with all the photos! ShutterBooth DFW made our company holiday party a huge success! We used a company through groupon a couple years ago and they were not even a tenth as good as ShutterBooth!! ShutterBooth fulfilled every promise with their pricing, set-up and photo quality. The photos are larger than the standard photo booths, the quality is amazing and every person in the photo gets their own copy (and quickly!) One of the best parts was the fact that every person can stand for the photo rather than 3-4 people crammed on a little bench! They use a black curtain for the background and the photo color is so vibrant! The company we used two years ago had a pink curtain which made all the photos look like an over exposed polaroid! The employees at ShutterBooth are both professional and fun! Chris took care of our day shift party and Jeremy took care of the evening shift. Both guys were great to work with! I received so many compliments from the employees (and my boss) for finding ShutterBooth and I didn't receive any complaints that our party was boring!! read more

The photo booth provided by ShutterBooth DFW was a big hit with all of our guests. ShutterBooth helped keep our guests minds off the fact that the weather turned cold and the tent was not adequately heated. We had so many people tell us what a great idea the photo booth was and how much fun they had. Our hostess showed up right on time despite a lot of construction, and set up quietly without disrupting the rest of the reception and was very friendly and helpful to our guest. The prop box had a lot of fun stuff. The hostess was dressed appropriately and conducted herself in a professional manner. The cost was very reasonable. Reserving the booth and payment online was super easy and they sent regular emails letting me know they hadn't forgotten us. The photo strip design matched our invitations perfectly. This was the hit of our wedding! Everyone absolutely LOVED it and had such a great time. During the planning process they made everything so easy for us. After initially setting up all of our information (date/time/location) we got to create our print-out design, the team even customized ours to the exact colors we were using (I had a very "unique" BM dress color) so that everything matched. They have a whole team of people working to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. While planning I had an irrational fear that all of our vendors were going to forget about us, and they were the ONLY vendor we had that would e-mail me every few weeks saying "we've still got you on the books for ____" and would check to see if I had any questions. We used ShutterBooth for our wedding reception and they were such a good choice. We had a photo guest book, and our hosts did a great job of putting it together, getting notes and signatures from everyone, and our guests had such a fun time. They also promptly sent us a disc of all our photos as well as a framed collage of all the prints. Jinine and Chris were very patient with my million questions, booking and payment was super simple, and the follow up confirmation emails were invaluable. It sounds silly, but the closer we got to the wedding date I'd feel so relieved to get an email from them saying, "Don't worry, we've still got you booked!" ShutterBooth saved the day! I originally put in a deposit with a cheaper photobooth outfit a couple months before our event. After not returning my voice mails and emails for days leading up to the event I finally got a human on the phone who told me that they had experienced technical problems and couldn't honor the reservation. With 48hrs until party time I sent a text to ShutterBooth after 8:00pm and got an immediate response. I was able to quickly make a reservation and create a custom logo for the photo strips the next morning. ShutterBooth arrived promptly and provided a great quality photobooth experience. Such an enjoyable and special added feature to an already perfect evening. ShutterBooth DFW really made things very easy, from the very beginning. So responsive and accommodating, even when the venue was clear out in East Texas! They arrived on time and was setup and ready to go precisely the agreed upon time. ShutterBooth has the best quality photo booth in the Metroplex and the picture quality is second to none! What's nice about ShutterBooth is the very courteous and professional team members and how helpful they are in making sure everything is taken care of for your event. The booth has a very nice elegant look and feel as well. But what is really cool about ShutterBooth is the size. You can easily get 6,8,or even 10 guests inside the photo booth to take a picture, AND everyone gets their own copy of the photo strip. The price is very competative, too. ShutterBooth is the BEST! You cannot make a better decision. It was one thing that we did not have to worry about. Our emails and phone calls were always responded to extremely quickly. Yes, you can have a photographer for your party or wedding, but a photobooth captures all kinds of different moments. You receive a disc of all photos taken throughout your event. We had ShutterBooth at our twins high school graduation party and they were AWESOME!! Communication was very consistent and payment was easy to make. I was called a couple days before the event to confirm set up and dress code to make sure our booth attendant was dressed appropriately! We had plenty of props and the kids had a great time. We even had a group arrive as our attendant was getting ready to take it down because our three hours was up and he gladly stopped and gave that group a chance to have some photos taken. I met them out at the Dallas Bridal Show and chose them on price. I was a little skeptical at first because it was spur of the moment, but they turned out to be amazing!! I got to pretty much design my own photo strips and we went back and forth alot i was afraid they would get aggravated but they never did they understood the importance and always had a smile on there faces. Totally worth the money! Not only was this a big hit at the wedding, everyone (old & young, party people & more conservative) got in the photo booth, but I got digital copies of all photos and a great scrap book that guests could sign! The attendant day of the wedding was helpful, fun & resourceful. They even took down a little before end of reception and did so without disruption at all.
