Ingen kontaktet meg for å forklare situasjonen. Det var jeg som måtte prøve å avklare denne saken siden i går! I dag viste det seg at denne datamaskinen var borte! Så du lyver for kundene dine. Nå har jeg verken datamaskinen eller pengene jeg brukte til å kjøpe den. Elkjøp ønsker på ingen måte å kompensere for denne situasjonen! Du er et useriøst selskap og bryr deg så mye om selskapets og kundenes gode navn?! Patetisk! Jeg vil aldri kjøpe noe fra butikken din igjen hvis du behandlet meg slik.

My wife brought in laptop computer a few month after she bought it at Lefdal in Alna. An $3,000…read moreAcer with all the bells and whistles and insurances. we arrived after it was acting up, to have looked at and repaired if necessary. Arriving at the electronics counter there was 3 associates talking, and never did they once acknowledge us. I had to step up and say " hello customers we'll be right with you" for them to even show an interest. After one associate came up to ask with a look of contempt and said "what do you want", no apologies nothin. After and hour my wife explained what was going on with her computer they wrote up a work ticket. We had full insurance and never did they offer a replacement while my wifes machine was being worked on. 1 month later and no word form Lefdal, we drove 1 hour to the store to find out what was going on. On arrival to the counter we were met with the same indifference. So my asked about her computer. The associate went to the back and looked for it. Upon his return he had the computer with the original work slip and proceeded to ask my wife what was wrong with it AGAIN!. By this time I was beyond angry. Of course I voiced my opinion and the manger was informed. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the manager made a sincere attempt to remedy the situation. However the staff is horrible and the customer service was extremely bad. I would encourage the management to teach their staff how to interact with paying customers. Also each department has a set group of people and should a customer want to look at different items in the store then the customer wait in a queue for the staff pertaining to that department. The customer should never wait for a sales associate. This of course is a huge inconvienance when making multiple purchases. This can turn into a 4-5 hour stop at this store alone.

Prøvde deretter å sende en mail - den var det ingen svar på. Fikk etterhvert kontakt via kontaktskjema på siden deres, og fikk svar på det jeg spurte om. Bestilte varer - fordi de har god omtale på Yelp, og firmainfo var mulig å ettergå så jeg regnet med at de bare hadde en litt stresset og dårlig periode. Fikk varene - tok en del tid, men det var primært fordi de mangle noen av varene jeg bestilte. Sendte deretter en e-post og ba de sende det de hadde så fikk vi ta resten ettrehvert. Det tok noen dager før dette ble effektuert. Fikk ikke alt som skulle vært sendt, så det ble etterlyst. Har nå sendt 4 mailer på en uke uten noen respons, fremdeles ikke mulig å ringe dem. Har betalt for varer jeg ikke får, og får ingen kundesupport. Konklusjon. Useriøst firma som jeg ikke på noen måte kan anbefale noen å bruke. Skal bare ha mine penger tilbake eller varer som mangler, og så blir de aldri brukt av meg igjen.

So it should be August 27,2017. So i came the counter and pay for the model i wanted (ASUS RU558UR-DM150T). And then at exactly August 27,2016 i ain't received any txt from 'EXPERT CITY OSLO' so i immediately call them and asked what happen to my order. The guy told that my laptop still not on the store. and he gave me two option, to wait on September 1,2016 or cancel my order! I feel sad when i heard this thing.. So i waited September 1, 2016 again. I don't received any txt from them, so i call this store again and now they said that my laptop was now on their storage, BUT this storage was located at Sweden. so this guy tell me to wait at 3working days again to get my laptop deliver to OSLO. September 6, 2016 expecting the SMS from them and still get nothing..so i decided to came at the store ask what is really happening.. I straightly go to the information area and talked to the guy there and he told me that my laptop will be deliver at September 9,2016 at storage! Due to the delayed delivery of ASUS COMPANY! and he also said that his really not sure about sept.9 because maybe its possible to get delay again.. OOOH MY GOD! I'm running out of patience with you guys. I came to the website which is (www.expert.no) sept.6,2016 8:30pm and i noticed that they have stock of this model at (EXPERT ALNABRU) c'mon why should i need to wait this long if you have this model a few kilometer from your from your other store????
