Carpaccio Classico is my goto starter here, but you should also be aware that they have alternate versions to choose from. Another good choice is Burrata, but you won't find it on the menu. Very similar to insalata caprese, except it is served with a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. Very rich and creamy - but share this with someone, it's a lot for one person. My three favorite dishes to order here for a main entrée are spaghetti alla carbonara, spaghetti alla bolognese and penne alla panna e prosciutto (pieces of ham in a cream sauce). They are all perfect portions and taste amazing. All meals come with bread and herbed butter. Limoncello makes an appearance every now and then sure dinner. The cappuccino here is also very good. Service is top-notch and with the dim lighting the atmosphere here is romantic and a little classy. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for some good Italian at a really nice place.
