They want too much of the money up front which seems to make them lose interest. 90% before the job is done. This star value could change if things look up. Update: Job was finished and work was done well. Continue with having the company credit us on the final bill for the air conditioner repair we already paid for. We have the pictures of their worker standing on the unit and the dent it cause. The salesman that does the estimates are very professional and make you feel like the company knows what they're doing. But not an actual representation of the workers and billing department. I will change the rating to a 3 because the work was good.

Instead, the new roof sags in some places and is elevated in others, has uneven edges, and the gutters sit below the roofline. The excuse given by the company owner was that the house is old. True enough but in a mile and a half radius of our house I have not seen any roofs that look as unprofessional as ours and many of the houses in the neighborhood are, like mine, 100 years old . I'm no expert but maybe if they had replaced all the plywood the roof would be even; in fact the sales person suggested replacing the plywood might fix the sagging but that was not included in the contract.

Instead, they came out (late) to the job, took two hours "getting materials cut" and then showed up with a piece of WOOD. No. After spray painting the wood black (in the CARPET hallway), they glued it to the bottom of the counter and left. They didn't even bother to clamp it, meaning it is hanging on by a thread and could easily be pulled off. Called building management and they were just as baffled as us-- this was supposed to be stone work because, you know, it's a stone countertop. What cheap, careless work. I hope they never see another client.

I own a home in Lake Oswego and realized a pretty substantial roof leak after I suspect a competitor's previous work failed and insult to injury, I suffered their refusal to honor a warranty I paid for (roughly $16k paid just a few months prior for flashing repairs around skylights, a 'whole roof reconditioning' and a 'no leak guarantee'). I initially requested my property manager quote the leak repair with the company that performed the work (they recommended months prior) and the repair quote was roughly $6k for what I was confident would have been considered warranty Currently, tenants live in my house while I live across the country and it broke my heart they were suffering a roof leak while I'm still paying on the loan that the initial roofing company bamboozled out of me. I desperately needed PENW to be honest and they were. Caden visited the house THAT DAY. Just the fact that he responded to an obvious need for action and prioritized the quote meant the world to me. He inspected inside the attic (previous competitor did not do this, I am not a roof expert, and although makes absolute sense, did not occur to me that this should be done) scoped and quoted the project quickly.
