When I laid down the treatment bed, we straight right away WITHOUT proper assessment and expert explanation prior to placing the extensions, the technician placed this very sticky tape under my eyes which hurt me during the removal process, Specially the Adhesive/Glue they used irritated my eyes and made me uncomfortable. The technician just leaves me in the middle of the process when someone is coming in their salon, very unprofessional but perhaps as well you might Take into consideration the Lack of Staffs in the salon. Only two staffs there when I came in. I tried contacting the main branch But got NO Response at all. I thought it was normal for my eyes to get irritated and itchy the first time But this morning, it really bothered me that I came to realize, the system MESSED UP!! it was not the fault of people working there at Extensions, BUT the Management Itself was the problem. . After standing outside for 20/30 minutes and seeing multiple other clients leaving she walked in again and asked how long she has to wait outside. That's when they told her she can sit inside now to wait. Not even having the courtesy to let her know while she was waiting. In any case another 45/60 minutes later she's still sitting and waiting. She asks again how long? They said soon...so in total over an hour and 15 minutes of waiting and still no service. She left out of frustration. We had canceled other plans for this appointment. Very disappointing service.

Most importantly, she made me look the prettiest I have been...everrr! :D This review is for both the makeup trial as well as the day of the wedding. To be honest, I worked with Ara before when I was still in the hair and beauty industry and I was always a fan of her work! Her hairstyles are dreamy and her makeup style is just flawless. I know there are makeup artists who want to show that they ca do edgy makeup to bridal. With Ara, her main goal is to make every woman's makeup fit her style and personality. During the makeup trial, since I don't wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis (actually, I do not wear makeup at all!), I relied on her to make the best decision for me. And because of that, she did not use heavy make up on me, which I appreciated a lot! She also listened to my husband's requests and adapted quickly (request for airbrushed makeup and hair style) and prepped my makeup and hair extensions to be ready for those changes. She was very easygoing and comfortable to work with, making the session fun and go by quickly! On the day of the Wedding day, while everyone was enjoying breakfast, Ara arrived so early! I was actually surprised at how early she was (2 hours before call time). But, it was so that she could set-up the makeup stations and so that my entourage could get their makeup done first. Ara and her team took care of my bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law and I. We stayed on a good schedule (going over the scheduled time by just a few minutes) and had a lot of FUN! They were on time, worked efficiently, and no one felt rushed at all. After the ceremony, she and her team touched up all our makeup and she also changed my hair for the reception! Ara Fernando is a talented artist and I can not express how much I truly recommend her hair and makeup services, you will not be disappointed! :D

The current Japanese stylist, Yukari, is still in the process of learning English and even Filipino! You can really see that she is very dedicated on serving her customers as it was just a few months ago that she could barely speak english and that she used to use a cardboard cheat card to communicate with the customers. They're quite pricey but you can expect no less than really good quality results and services. The stylists here are very lively and warm. If there are any changes you want to do to your hairstyle, they comply really well. I find that it's very thoughtful that they ask your permission first before they proceed to each step. They offer eyelash and hair extension services besides the hairstyling, treatment, eye brow cut, etc. They also conveniently offer touch up to eyelash extension services within 3 weeks after you avail the service. The place is cozy and quite spacious for it's size. Facilities are very clean and classy home looking. The toilet is very well kept!!!!! They have a spray tupe bidet!!

A Japanese based beauty shop in SM Mall of Asia in the S Maison mall section. I had a hard time…read morelooking for this shop cuz it's so hidden to me in the mall and asking guards around didn't even know of this shop?! This S Maison section is in the high end of the mall. They are actually new a year ago in this shop. Their other shop in Taguig was where I wanted to go but they are under construction and they were there for three years. There are many asians when I came to this shop so I thought it must be good. They do nails, hair and other things besides lashes. I am only reviewing based on my lashes. They didn't have a time slot to do my nails. Came to this chain based on a recommendation from a friend of a friend in the states for how they put their lashes and glue they used but I believe the staff is new here or they have staff who only does certain things so every question I had, they had to ask. Stephanie was really friendly and nice, and did a good job on my lashes but she was slow to me. My lash beautician in the states only takes less than hour for more lashes put on. Stephanie should have made suggestions for me based on what I liked for full lashes verses what I wanted to start with. They go by how many lashes I wanted?? How was I supposed to know how many lashes I use?? I just wanted a full natural lash look based on the picture she showed me! I thought 100 lashes was enough (50 each eye) but I was wrong so I asked to add 40 more (20 each eye). It still wasn't enough. I was there for two hours that I fell asleep! I wanted to ask for 40 more but that would take more time! By this time, I was irritated, I wanted to go already since this took so much time. I really wished she knew how many I needed. If I need lashes, I would still come back as I like the glue they use (Korea brand) but my stylist in US said their is an ingredient that causes cancer. Stephanie showed me the glue pkg and it says made in Korea (I took a pic). By the time I come back here, the ladies will know what to suggest....I hope! I always need more lashes due to all the swim activities I do here in the Philippines. At least, I know now for next time that 180- 200 lashes maybe needed for a full natural look on me. Make sure you know how many lashes you need before going here as they don't make suggestions for you. Also, you have to have the time to spend here. First of all - they don't take out ingrown toenails. Which is the main reason I get pedicures. (Which is why I opted to get regular polish vs gel on my toes). I noticed the girl didn't use a base coat before applying the polish. I let it go, not a big deal. she took her time pushing my cuticles back, but made my ingrown itch more LOL- I ignored it. When it came to the manicure, she completed cleaning the one hand then asked if it would be okay to use a dremmel for the second hand. I told her no, as it would feel weird because she had taken her time to push the cuticles on one hand. I asked for a matte finish black with some jewel art. I'm pretty sure she was a beginner/ new because she was limited on her nail art skills.- 30 minutes after I had left I noticed jewels had come lose. she did not put enough gel top coat to seal the jewels in. My cousins said the reason the jewels were coming off was because I asked for matte finish. which doesn't make sense. 3 stars for cleanliness of the area and good air conditioning. Suggest requesting a 'senior' nail tech.
