Precios deshonestos y cargos injustos
Recientemente cené en Sidrería Plaza y me sorprendieron varias prácticas sospechosas que violan los derechos básicos del consumidor:
1. Precios deshonestos: Los precios que figuraban en el menú eran diferentes a los que me cobraron en la cuenta. El restaurante aumentó los precios en la factura final, lo cual es completamente inaceptable.
2. Propina forzada: Se añadieron automáticamente cargos del 10% por servicio y propina sin mi consentimiento. La propina debería ser opcional, no forzada.
3. Cargos por pan no solicitado: Trajeron pan a mi mesa sin que lo pidiera, y luego lo añadieron a la cuenta. Esta es una táctica engañosa, ya que nunca lo pedí y asumí que era cortesía.
En general, estoy muy decepcionado con mi experiencia y creo que estas prácticas son injustas y engañosas para los clientes. Insto firmemente a Sidrería Plaza a corregir estos problemas y a adherirse a prácticas de facturación honestas y transparentes. No volveré a menos que se hagan cambios.

Dishonest Pricing & Unfair Charges
I recently dined at Sidrería Plaza and was shocked by several shady practices that violate basic consumer rights:
1. Dishonest Pricing: The prices listed on the menu were different from what I was charged on the bill. The restaurant raised the prices on the final bill, which is completely unacceptable.
2. Forced Tip: A 10% service and tip charges were automatically added without my consent. Tipping should be optional, not forced.
3. Unrequested Charges for Bread: Bread was brought to my table without my request, and then added to the bill. This is a sneaky tactic, as I never asked for it and assumed it was complimentary.
Overall, I am highly disappointed with my experience and believe these practices are unfair and misleading to customers. I strongly urge Sidrería Plaza to rectify these issues and adhere to honest, transparent billing practices. I will not be returning unless changes are made. read more
