The garage flooded. We had several Persian rugs rolled up on the floor as well as artwork and family photographs. I asked the owner for the company insurance information to file a claim to pay for the emergency plumber which cost as much as the window cleaning. The owner is uncooperative and rude. He REFUSED to give me the insurance company information. They advertise two claims, neither of which was true in my case. #1-They have a one million dollar insurance policy. Doesn't do the consumer much good if they won't give out the information. #2-They claim to leave your house better than how they found it, also false. I would NOT RECOMMEND this business. There are plenty of other window washers to choose from. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Weeks later, I find out the prior company had been bought out. I never heard from the new company for months. All of a sudden, the Nice Cans is sending me texts almost daily about a credit card "issue." It would have been MUCH better customer service to pick up the phone, explain the transition, and ask to keep me as a customer, rather than constantly text me about an issue with a credit card you've never had on file because I never agreed to your services. Due to the poor way business is run, and the lack of effort to politely keep what could have been a loyal customer base, I would NOT recommend this company.
