I was seen by some drill sergeant of a male nurse who seemed faintly sinister as he seated himself closer to me than I liked and despite his short stature, seemed intent on intimidating me as he laid down the draconian rules of the place. It was annoying rather than intimidating and made me wonder what sort of clientele they see if they treat anyone who walks through their door as a potential criminal or drug addict. It was quite off putting, not to mention offensive, and not a practice I ever would return to again.

My condition (heart -related) was handled with the utmost care to determine the cause of my extreme symptoms. I appreciate the expertise and sensitivity shown at the Urgent Care, the ambulance, UVM , CAT SCAN and MRI professionals , nurses, doctors of the Emergency Room , , Emergency Room NP , and the intake nurses. Everyone was so kind and helpful, in addition to being professional , I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and l thank them all. I was impressed with the determination and dedication these professionals took in finding the root cause and resolution to my symptoms.
