To my delight, they were able to seat me right away on their gorgeous outdoor patio. I was a little confused at first but soon realized that you actually go inside to place your order and then they bring the food out to you. I ordered a glass of white wine and the shrimp salad. The wine was delicious and perfectly complimented the salad. The salad was good. It was a little small so I wish I had ordered something else because it didn't satisfy my hunger but it was super tasty! I loved the gorgeous views provided on the patio. Everything was just so nice. The staff were great. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Trier!

We sat in the cellar area which has a very historic appeal to it. We ordered the jager-schnitzel and the rumpsteak. Each tasted wonderful and the service was just right. I've had my fair share of schnitzel and most of the problems come from too much salt but this was just one was perfect. Finished the schnizel and ate the gravy with the fries, excellent. The rump steak had a wonderful earthy taste paired with the herb butter which was exquisite. Would definitely go here again if in the area.
