After just one phone conversation with Felicia, she told me to get rid of one of my dogs. Never in my life have I ever heard of a dog professional telling you to ditch a dog, that would be euthanized, if he entered the "system". This was about 4 minutes into a 12 minute conversation where she said she wouldn't even work with me until I got rid of him. Did I mention she had NEVER met my dogs? Stay far away from this one.
