Horrible, we've dealt with a neighbor who has been intentionally and deliberate in being disruptive. Loud music, excessive noise, deliberate stomping all hours of the night. We've contacted property management, law enforcement, and AVE 5 corporate. We've submitted video evidence to support these claims and nothing has been done. Seems like if it's not happening to them, it's not their problem. If you're looking for a place to live, my advice is to KEEP LOOKING. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. When we moved in we had to clean the entire place. Dog fur all over. Oh and then we had to deal with fleas from the prior tenants.Management always has empty promises. At first glance it looks nice but you won't be thinking that when your having to pack your garbage across the complex because someone had the genius idea to have one dumpster on the property. read more

Sierra ridge has been nothing but accommodating to any of my requests. The staff has been extremely friendly to me and while some reviews may say differently remember treat others the way you would like to be treated and you'll be surprised how well the staff treats you! (Crazy I know) I have yet to have any issues with the management, parking isn't the greatest in certain areas of the complex but that is because there is a lot of tenants (showing it's a good place to live). I was hesitant to live in such a large complex but you make so many good friends from your neighbors to tenants in surrounding buildings next door. Plus pet friendly gives my pup a great chance to socialize as well! Ceilings are thin so if you're first floor it may get loud depending on who's above you, but you learn to tune it out. Staff was absolutely lovely, right up until I signed my lease. Now, I can't get anybody on the phone. Nobody is ever in the office. If you happen to be lucky enough to catch someone in office, they are visibly annoyed by your requests. The beautiful apartments really aren't worth it when they service is this bad. read more

There's no excuse for poor treatment, bad service or a horrific experience, which to say the least Horrific in description is an understatement. No regard for family and more than often grandstanded over every conversation said. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The biggest problem the owner investors of Sierra Ridge Dickinson ND have are not negative reviews, nonetheless overseeing who is hired to manage positions can be a fatal mistake. Telephones don't get answered. If you get someone to answer you will be told to hold... shes busy.... we can call you back...they never call back. No transparency between legalities corresponding to their own agreements, lies after lies. Important information will be left out until time to sing. After you have put up with their lies and irresponsible behavior, factors are disclosed to jack up your rent. This is a pressure tactic used in marketing. No one like to throw away their time and this is what you think before you sing. My frank and diligent process of thinking reminded me,... at least time is all I lost. Apartment was not ready and they wanted to keep my holding deposit fee after I realized and disclosed that I will not be moving in. They failed to meet every deadline from a phone call to the apartment being ready, to lying about free rent and premiums. Hours of business are stated at the door but they close the office as they wish. These complex issues need to be addressed to their corporate office called the Sterling Group. and the National Apartment Association. A filling with the secretary of states office should put this nonsense behavior where it belongs. The staff working at the Sierra Ridge Apartment office will hold you accountable for their mistakes, lies, miss leading, false and miss deadlines and will justify to profit on them. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
