He seemed like a perfectly nice human being; however, when I…read moreasked him to help me understand his estimate this was his response: "We charge a fixed price for a finished product. Just like the restaurant. I will bet you don't ask for a breakdown when you go out to eat. I don't think he would be compatible. Good luck." No reputable business should have an issue with a customer asking for clarification. They also go out of their way to bad mouth their competitors which should have been the first red flag. Unfortunately for me, I let that one pass and wasted my time allowing this person to view my properties. Avoid at all costs.
