So, I called a couple of places I found on the internet and lol snd behold 1) out if business 2) left a message to call me back and naturally I still haven't heard back 3) a person really answered my call BUT besides the fact he sounded like I just woke him, he also sounded really unsure about what he was doing and THEN ...... (drum roll) GAP TRADE SERVICES!!! Yes I left a voice message and Mike (!!) called me back shortly after. Busy guy, thus guy Mike. After I told him the situation he explained several possibilities of what could be wrong and as busy as he was, he said he'd come the next day but it would be late in the day. Hooray! And he did show up the next afternoon and fixed the problem PLUS he's coming back to fix several other issues. Fair prices, honest and what a friendly man!!! Mike works 7 days a week, does installation, plumbing, electric, duct work....and fixes air conditioning!

At the conclusion of the job, I paid in cash and in full but no invoice was provided. I was informed that email would be an easier option, and I would have it by the end of that day. It has now be 2 weeks. I have sent countless follow-up messages (without a response from all but two) as well as numerous calls from my phone which either ring out or divert to voicemail. Since then, the technician finally agreed to send it to me on 23/12/19, and I am yet to receive an invoice. I followed up 3 more times and then he agreed to email it to me on 30/01/20. I am still yet to receive this invoice and need it urgently to reimburse my property manager. Something so simple seems to have been unnecessarily delayed without reason. The service itself wasn't bad, but the after-sales service and lack of professionalism really killed my trust in this business. A business who ignores paying customers on something so trivial shouldn't be in business.

I have just got A Panasonic Ducted System installed by Arrow Air Conditioner. I have quite a bad…read moreexperience with this installation. However some of the staff are good and friendly. 1. The installation day on 13-5-24 was not too bad until the end of the day. When I asked Triston, the last crew member remaining to help to set up the control and the WIFI, about the serial number of the units. He had to climbed up to the attic to check on the inside unit. He discovered that the plumbing work was no good with a puddle of water. He asked the office to arrange the next day to fixed up the plumbing issue. It is a credit to Triston. Otherwise the ceiling will be collapsed in the summer when I turn on the cooling system. 2. On 14-5-24 when the team coming back to fix the plumbing problem, I climbed up to the attic to check what was going wrong and then I could monitor the issue. When I was in the attic, I discovered that the team used the new duct to collect to the final meter of the existing old worn-out duct that collected to the existing outlets. The broken old duct has no insulation power at all. I asked the crew and he said that it should be done like that as the new duct couldn't fit to the existing outlets. He also said that the new drainage plumbing work was an extra to the job. The unit should be collected to the existing plumbing work. The under meaning is we are doing you a favour. However the contract Is: * Supply and install all gas and plumbing components associated with the new air conditioning system 3. I contacted the office and complained about their crew using old duct in the final collection to the existing outlets. The office lady was friendly and caring and listening to my concern. She got Tory, the one who made the estimation (contract) to contact me. Tory admitted that they should use the new duct all the way to the existing outlets and he organised the team to come back on 20/5/24 to replace the old duct. 4. On 20-5-24 when I did the finally check up on the works before I give the final payment. I discovered that one of the fitting doesn't look new. I questioned the crew member and he said that they took it from their office to installed. He contacted Tory and asked Tory to explain to me. Tory explained to me that the fitting was an old stock from their office. I asked how long had the fitting sitting in their office. He couldn't answer. He just kept saying that the fitting should be ok if it is not being disturbed or stepped on. I just wonder why they are not getting new components for each new job. The estimation was * New return air grill, box and duct to be compatible with new installation. 5. From the above experience you need to thick about the following points before you asked Arrow Air Conditioner to have the new ducted system. a. Are you fit enough to climb up to the attic to check on their job? I think some of the crew members will cut corners and think that you won't climb up to the attic to inspect. b. Be very careful with the estimation and needs to be crystal cleared about what is included in your estimation. c. Be prepare to confront with the crew member about your rights. Standard Inclusions: * Decommission and make safe existing air conditioning equipment * Remove and dispose of existing air conditioning equipment in an environmentally friendly manner * Supply and install premium 14k-watt inverter energy efficient reverse cycle three phase unit with internal variable speed fan * Supply and install electronic wall controller(s) * Make new connection to new ducting and utilise this ducting for the new unit * Remove existing zone barrels and dispose of in an environmentally friendly manner * Supply and install new 24 volt zone motor enabling electronic zone controls * Reconnection to the new duct from the indoor fan coil * Re-commission existing ceiling diffusers to be compatible with new installation * New return air grill, box and duct to be compatible with new installation * Supply and install all gas and plumbing components associated with the new air conditioning system * Re-commission the existing power supply to the new unit, upgrade breaker to 20A 3PH * Test and commission all works * 5-year parts and 12 months labour warranty on equipment as per manufacturer specifications Options: * Total Zones: #6 * Existing Outlets: #8 * New Outlets: None * New Ducting: Yes - R1.0 rated * Remote Sensors: None * Wall Controller: Standard w/built in wifi control * Two Storey: No PO Box 728 Willoughby NSW 2 068 Ph: 8883 2377 ABN 47 068 824 073 ACN 068 824 073 Lic # 84051C Refrigerant Trading Authorisation number AU12387 www.arrowairconditioning.com.au service@arrowairconditioning.com.au Estimate #151470977 Page 1 of 4 SUB-TOTAL $14,464.00 GST 10% $1,446.40 TOTAL $15,910.40 Thank you for choosing Arrow Air-Conditioning
