This place seems incredibly shady. I went to go look at a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with 135K miles that they had priced just under $12K. Seemed high to me but wanted to check it out just to see. It was "very clean" as they put it but had no service records for the vehicle at all and with a 15 yr old car there's no way it's in perfect condition. They also put A LOT of pressure on me to buy right then and there after I repeatedly told them I'd need to talk to my wife first. The salesman who worked with me was very nice and overall really helpful, but the dealership as a whole seemed like they were hiding something about this truck. So after talking through it with a good friend who is a mechanic and very knowledgeable with cars, specifically Toyota, he told me they were definitely overpricing it. I offered them $8,000 for it and they said no and said it was a "Very clean and well-priced car". I went on KBB, who they "partner" with to price vehicle trade ins. I looked up the exact VIN number of the vehicle I was shown, as listed on their website. As it goes, the range at which this car goes for on KBB in EXCELLENT CONDITION (Which is not possible for this 15 yr old truck) doesn't even surpass the $8,000 which I offered them. They claimed they bought it as a trade in from an individual at the price they listed it at ($12K) which doesn't make any sense either as they would make 0 profit on the vehicle. As the kids say these days: "The math ain't mathin!" Needless to say, they are clearly price gouging this car and trying to get all they can for it by asking for approx. $5,000 over its real value. As someone who works in sales myself I understand wanting to make a profit, but that is wildly out of range. I do not trust them and I recommend steering clear if the other 90+ bad reviews haven't said enough.

A text from TJ at Sign it Drive it confirming no structural damage- LIES

This is the absolute worst place to buy a car. Like worst than the sleaziest places in all the scum places in Dallas. Voted D magazine's Dirtiest Douchbags of the year. These assholes LIED about a vehicle having structural damage. They misrepresented the vehicle as another. They provided partial Carfax reports. When I found out the vehicle had structural damage and they lied to me, they said it's my problem now. The vehicle did not have structural damage listed on the Carfax but they knew it had structural damage because it was on the vehicle history report. Now I'm educating everyone on the real story behind this deceitful business. Since they are unwilling go make things right or even fair, I hope this helps one person go anywhere but here! And do not buy from TJ Smith. He likes to brag about how he sells 18 cars a month, but when you do that unethically and dishonesty Karma is a bitch, little boy.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE SHOP!! They certified my car with four bad tires and a bad alignment. Take the car you're interested in to a dealership of that make. Get THEM to look at it. It'll cost you $150 but that's better than buying a junk car. After I got the sales team to throw in 4 new tires and an alignment I bought the car. When I let the service shop at Sign It Drive It do the alignment it came out worse. Took it to another place to let them do it and no more problems. They literally can't even do simple jobs. Take your car somewhere else!! I won't even take it back there for free oil changes. Trust.

Crack in grill, with chrome missing. Very visible.

They are fake and they rip good hard working people off. Moral of the story my husband went to them to buy a car. They asked for $200 down to hold the car while they fixed up some issues we seen when we went to see the car the 1st time. On the photos online they didn't show the side of the car with bullet holes, they didn't show the bald tires, the broken windshield , missing driver door handle or how dirty it was inside the car . It's was not ready to be sold it was not presentable at all. My husband really wanted the car but with all that we decided we was going to walk away. They said no no we will fix all that for yall if yall really want the car. At no extra cost for you we will get it all fixed out of their own pocket. We couldnt turn it down at that point. It took them a week to fix everything then they call us in to to sign the paperwork and pay they remaining 800$ from the $1000 deposit to get the car. We pull up to the dealership my husband goes in to sign the contract while he was inside I decided to take a look at the car. I text him and told STOP don't sign the car is still dirty it was not cleaned and it looks like there is blood on splatter in the car. My husband said it was too late he already sign and that he would just get his own detail cleaning when we left. On the next day on the way to work husband noticed the Ac stopped working and what looked to be blood splats in the car was bothering him because he wanted to know if someone died in the car. He took the car to the mechanic to check the Ac and get an opinion on the stains in the car. The cost to fix the AC was over $1000 and the mechanic said the stain definitely looks like blood and they should have told us if it was and cleaned it due to bio hazard. Little did we know a few hours later the dealer ship would call us back that we need to go sign the contract over again because the 1st one was voided by the bank. We used that voided contract as a sign that we need to just give it back and get back our money. Less than 24 hrs with the car we was driving it back. We get up there and they thought we just going to resign the paperwork work but my husband stopped them and said sorry but we don't want it. They seemed disappointed and asked why and that's when we said the car is really dirty looks to have blood on the car and the AC doesn't work and the cost was over $1000 to fix. We said no we don't want it and they said well you a can return the car but you won't get the deposit cause we signed the contract. That's when we said well the contract technically isn't sign. It was voided so there is no contract. That's when they said no no we want to make yall happy. We will replace the whole inside and fix the AC for yall. Again we decided okay we will take the car if they fix the AC and replace the interior. But we will NOT sign the new contract until it's done and we see the car. They agreed It's now a week later and they are ready to draft up the paperwork. After long time to think about this deal my husband apologized and said we decided not to take the car and asked for the refund on the deposit. They said NO we will not refund you anything because of all the work they offered to put in the car. We explained to them that all they did was going to need to be done to sell the car for the price they was asking for it. And they pretty much screw yall. Yall won't be getting a refund. So now we are negative 1000 and we have no car. They made money off of us just like that and have no remorse stealing from good people
