My statements are truthful, documented, and reflect my personal experience and opinion. Months ago, Quenzel, acting at the direction of my former business partner, took control of my business's website, removed my administrative access, and refused to return shared access despite my repeated written requests and clarification provided by my attorney. My efforts to resolve this appropriately, professionally, and amicably were ignored or mishandled. After a lengthy process, control of my company's website has finally been restored. My experience with Quenzel has been extremely negative--they were hostile, unprofessional, and failed to deliver satisfactory work. They provided ZERO value to my business and ultimately cost us money. I would never recommend their services.
