The gas here was only like $1.12 a gallon when I was here and that's incredible. Inside of the travel center you can find a diner (which is currently closed due to the pandemic), but the convenient store has all the snacks, shirts, beverages, CBD, and gadgets you could possibly want as long as you wear a mask inside. I came in around 9:45 p.m., and all of the pizza looked like it had been sitting there much longer than it should have. Because of that, I decided not to get any pizza. What made the experience even worse was an employee named Heather. She was with a man she kept calling "daddy," and they were kissing while I was standing at the register waiting to be checked out. I'm a patient person, but I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes just for her to ring me up. Calling someone "daddy" and showing that kind of affection while on the job is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. After talking to some friends, I found out that Heather regularly has her husband at Crosby's during the night shift, and they often call each other these inappropriate names. I will never be coming to Crosby's at night again. I hope Heather reads this review and either improves her professionalism or that management addresses the situation. I've also heard from multiple people that they avoid coming in when Heather and her husband are there because the atmosphere becomes uncomfortable and inappropriate.

However, there is no difference in price and full service only means that they pump it for you - PLEASE don't confuse full service to mean that they will check anything for you! On the Indian Reservation they almost all have self serve as well as they pump it for you - on a cold, windy, snowy, rainy or very hot day (yes we have a few in July) it's nice they they actually pump your gas for you! I guess that's another reason to come here for gas - service - something you won't get at most places you fill up at! Ok - the problem with the Indian Reservation in this area at least, is the fact that there are perhaps about 10 places to fill up at an they are not all the same price. However, when you get to one - just fill up and don't worry about it. Chances are the cost per gallon difference between any of them might be up to 5 cents. What does this mean? Well if your tank is 20 gallons and you are on empty - if you found the cheapest gas price and saved 5 cents per gallon you actually saved $1.00. However, you will have wasted most if not all of those savings in either time or gas looking for the cheapest - be smart - just fill up! Also - there is a Seneca Hawk gas station AND a restaurant - this review is only on the gas station part of things. However, there is one other place that serves as gas station and restaurant - so I'd recommend the other!

The "gentleman" Jesus - name on the receipt - at the Seneca Hawk station stated the credit card would be charged for the actual amount pumped. Found out the next day the actual charge for the gas pumped is lower at 35.82 and he pocketed the difference of the prepaid $40! It's not a very big amount but if one does this for many shifts, it could be a large extra amount in your pocket to risk a job for! So be very careful when you buy gas here! This is the first time it's happened and we have purchased gas here many times in the past.
