Misrepresentation! Therefore one star still too much. Buying cars is also a matter of trust I was completely new to the concept of a car broker and was dealing for a few days with a company. As my contact was on paternity leave ( and I always called him on his cell phone) I had to look up the office number online. Unfortunately, while not paying attention I ended up on the website of this company, called them, believing I was dealing with another company. I explained that my contact, which I believe was with their company, was on paternity leave and so was hoping somebody else could help me. " of course no problem, glad you called, because the guy you were dealing with is going to get fired soon anyhow, he does not know what he is walking about, we will take it from here" it was only that when they asked for all paperwork again( salary, soc sec #, address details etc) that alarm bells started to go off. Reviewing both company names, they were very alike but it was certainly not signature auto group that I was dealing with in the first place. Signature Was just pretending to be the same company, talked my contact down (even using tems like "he is lying") and so misrepresented who they actually were, by misleading me! I am sorry but everybody buying a car already has some natural scepticism against car sales men, well this confirms that - in any case these guys- are not to be trusted.
