Dr.Baez helped my husband , who had suffered for 16 years with a faulty ill fitting upper partial with missing teeth, by replacing it with a new one that looked and fit perfectly.And I had an abscess which he addressed quickly and painlessly. I went in for a cleaning, and the hygienist noticed a loose bridge. She asked if I wanted her to remove it to be re-cemented, and I'm glad that I agreed. Although the bridge wasn't more than (18) months old (done by a previous Dentist) - it never fit right and because of that it caused cavities and infection. I need some extensive work including root canals to save teeth, and I'm so glad to have found Dr Baez. The temporary bridge feels 100% better than my permanent one ever did. Unfortunately, this location seems to take their receptionist aside instead of their customers. Called earlier today to book An appointment, only to be speaking to a receptionist name, Whitney. Asking for an appointment for Thursday morning. Was told there was no appointment appointments and that they were fully booked including next week. This was followed by a game of phone tag. After being annoyed with the situation, I called again to speak to a manager. Who instead of apologizing kept insisting that "things just happen". Because once he got on the phone, suddenly there was a 12:00 PM appointment available. Within the 15-20 minute phone call prior suddenly an appointment had opened up. Quite the irony. read more

Signature dental was such a great experience, honestly. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband and all the staff was so kind and inviting. It seems like they were having a really busy day, but apologized for the inconvenience and honestly that's all that matters that they acknowledged that. The dentist was great and was so thorough in answering my questions. My husband and I both work in healthcare and really appreciate that they got both my husband and myself In right after our long shifts at the hospital. I decided to listen to my mother and switch dentists to Dr. Baez's practice at Signature Dental Group. A sound decision I made but I already knew how accomplished and skilled Dr. Baez was from performing an extraction on three teeth at the previous practice I used to have my teeth maintained. Being that it was a good year and a half since my previous dental appointment, I was due and Dr. Baez and his team brought me right up to speed. They performed a good cleaning on my teeth, disposing of the tartar that I had. I also had a night guard made, which had helped me considerably when sleeping at night to avoid me grinding my teeth. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. They really make you feel at home and comfortable. I came to Signature Dental to get my two amalgam fillings removed as it was recommended by my neurologist. Dayron insured me all amalgam is gone and he put two new crowns on. 4 months later my neurological problems intensified so I went to a different dentist. Dr. Maya decided to take the new crowns down to lift my bite And to her and my shaking surprise THE AMALGAM was NOT removed but covered up with a new crowns!!! THIS IS AN INTENTIONAL HARM and it only makes me wonder how many of satisfied clients have no clue what has or hasn't been done and how it is going to effect their health afterwards. Dr. Joel Baez, No you didn't see me consecutively. The last office vists were almost non existent as you rushed through them,but enough time to quote me how much two new prosthetics would cost. As I mentioned in my previous post I came to you because of a lower snap in denture that broke after three years. Joel, you wouldn't have written up a proposal if you didn't want the work! You inflated the price in your proposal for over $17,000 and you also added components that I didn't need to inflate the price then in same proposal you lower your price to $9,000 . I never had a dentist write up a proposal like this nor did I appreciate this tactic I've had my implants from Mexico for 3 years no issues. There was nothing for you to fix as my case is straightforward I know you didn't like me questioning you when you said you have to make both dentures or you couldn't do the job. Obviously you wanted $9,000 not $4,500 I m having work done by another dentist locally getting want is needed with no complaints. I hardly would call my calling my insurance and getting the correct code Dictatibg to your staff. I was told to use an alternate code the one you staff/Anna was using I would not be covered for. PEOPLE, this is what you will be dealing with if you use Signature Dental. He lets you know if you don't agree with him he has no shortage of customers... who wants a dentist that only has $$$ on his mind and you can't converse with. A) They take you in at the appointed time. Never have had to wait in the waiting room past my appointment time. B) Came in for 2nd opinion. They could have sold me the expensive fix (like my old dentist) but they fixed the tooth that was "unfixable." C) Had tooth pain. I called the office, I was getting checked on within 2 hours. They diagnosed the issue, wrote a script for meds and I am fine now. NO CHARGE. D) The workers are happy to be there. They are apparently treated very well by Management. Fantastic office & staff! I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction & cleaning. Jillian & Anna are so helpful, answered all of my questions & got me setup for my appointment. My hygienist Ana did a great job with my cleaning & I will definitely request her for my next one. I saw Dr. Dayron for the wisdom tooth removal. I was nervous going in because any time I've ever had Novocain the needle caused severe pain in my gum. His technique was unlike anything I've ever experienced; I literally did not feel the needle at all. He is kind, professional & addressed all of my concerns.
