When I asked why no sheer pink coat he made excuse about how it would look The clear coat is bumpy and white did not dry properly after 20 min. He told me I could leave and even waited an additional 5 minutes to make sure it cured properly I did not want to argue with another nail tech on proper manicure and I left. I could tell almost immediately that my mani pedi was going to be disappointing. The person who took care of me was Michael, and he did not seem as experienced as the other technicians. The pedi was fine, but I had to tell him three times during the manicure not to cut my cuticles. When it became apparent that he was not going to clean under my nail beds, I pointed out to him that a couple of my nails could benefit from getting cleaned. He nodded and proceeded to put polish on. I then demonstrated what I meant by showing him some of the dirt under my nail and he then took out a buffer and started to file my nail. It was clear he didn't understand a word of English, which I can overlook, but I can't overlook poor quality or attention to detail, and something as basic as cleaning a clients nails should be routine. When I sat down for my nails to dry, I had the feeling the drying apparatus wasn't efficient. After about 30 minutes my nails still weren't dry, and I noticed one of my toes had polish on them just outside the nail bed. Tim, who seems to have a bit more experience, had Michael redo it which of course meant I had to wait another fifteen minutes for drying. Even having sat there for nearly an hour while waiting for my toes to dry, I noticed the next day they were smudged. Normally I would wear flip flops to get a pedi but out of necessity that day I rode my bike and wanted to wear closed shoes. Overall, I would return but mainly because their pricing is better than most and for sure I would not permit Michael to do the work. read more

If i could give 0 starts I WOULD!! Is this place even open anymore? I've tried coming by at least 3 times in the last week around 6:30pm (on my way home from work) and the sign was off, no one answered the phone. And the light were all off. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it's poor customer service. On google and on here it says the salon is open until 7 pm. It hasn't been that way when I've stopped by. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My friend and i went to get our nails done at this place, the service was bad they didn't do anything to the cuticle, no nail prep, and didn't have us wash our hands. I showed a picture and they didn't even come out anything like I asked for, and when they were done they were very crooked and lifted and even some of the acrylic leaked onto my cuticle. While I was getting them done they were rushing and kept looking at the clock and right when we were paying they got their things and left so we couldn't even ask for them to fix them. The nails aren't the length that I asked for as she cut them shorter and shorter when she tried to even them out which was for nothing because they're not even at all. Before making the appointment I called to see the prices and the lady told me that for acrylics it would be 35 plus add ons which I thought would all would equal to 50 dollars or less but as they finished the lady told me they would be 70 dollars for some minimalist nails with glitter and a drawing of a butterfly. I called the next day and she said that we could come back and see what we could do, when we came back she just showed us the receipts which show the very overpriced add ons and then instead of offering a refund or to do them again she just filed them and then when I asked why it was crooked and lifted she blamed it on my nail, when I explained to her that when I get them done they're never like that which is when she proceeded to say that I should go back to the person who did them before her. I dont recommend this place at all, they are wayyyy overpriced for bad results and they leave you disappointed. read more
