On Sept.4, I had an appointment scheduled for an implant tightening. It was tightened, but unfortunately it loosened within five days. I scheduled an appointment online to go back on September 22. When I arrived at the appointment, the receptionist indicated that she did not have me on the schedule even though I received an email confirmation for scheduling the appointment. I was then rescheduled for October 7. I waited 30 minutes before being called back. When I was called back, I waited another 30 minutes before the dentist came into the room. When she came into the room, she initially seemed willing to tighten the implant. However, after leaving the room and staying gone for another 15 minutes, she came back and indicated that she did not want to do the tightening procedure. It was extremely upsetting that my time was not valued by this establishment. read more

I'm very disappointed in my whole experience. I should have know from what was my first sign of the office being closed from a power outage to the rescheduled appointment and they had no internet. They were so money hungry that they offered to due my xrays for free so they'd have me as a patient for all the other work I needed/wanted done. Well, they lied. They billed my insurance company anyway. And me. I filed a complaint with the insurance company anyway and of course everyone has amnesia. Well guess what, I have it recorded and am filing an appeal. The billing person has messed up so many times that I refuse to ever do business there again. And my experience with Dr. Rawi was awful. She has no bedside manner. When I first came here for an emergency root canal procedure a few years ago, we were given the option of teeth cleaning every few months for my family, which we accepted. I had my crown inserted several times, and I mean several times, and they have repeatedly failed to put it in correctly; if I had to guess how many times it has happened, it would probably be 15+ visits due to their failure to do it correctly. A few months ago, I had Jordan Rabban, one of the dentists, fix my chipped tooth. I told them how no one had ever fixed my tooth correctly and how it always seemed to break in the most perplexing situations. Jordan Rabban started mimicking me like a child; he became insecure and began acting disrespectfully and immaturely. But it also gets better because Jordan Rabban has also said that he has found a couple of cavities in me that need to be fixed as soon as possible. I began questioning him about it because my teeth were perfectly fine two weeks prior to coming in for a cleaning, as one of the ladies said, "Perfectly fine!" So it was extremely odd for a couple of cavities to pop up within two weeks. So, obviously, he did not like me questioning him, so he started acting as he did. Because of those two situations, Jordan Rabban decided to act unprofessionally and immaturely, which made him not much of a leader at Signature Smiles. After fixing my cracked tooth, he got up and stomped his feet into the back of the office, undoubtedly gossiping like an absolute child with all the other employees that were there. You may be wondering why I decided to review them now, when these events occurred a few months ago. Well, on November 18th, 2022, I had a cleaning appointment that came out of nowhere; I was never told of it. I said no, I'm not coming in. I was extremely busy. I decided to call back a few hours later for a reschedule, but nobody picked up, so I left a voicemail; ever since yesterday, nobody has decided to call back. This was the kind of situation that told me and my family that we're done with going to Signature Smiles, thus why I am making this review now and not months ago when we didn't mind it. Signature Smiles is an extremely unprofessional place that is run by gossiping dentists, hygienists, and all of the business assistants. Please do yourself a favor; if you are a current customer of this dentist, reconsider coming to this dentist; if you are a prospective customer, do not waste your time; take your money elsewhere. read more

We simply love Signature Smiles! By "we" I mean my family. I found Signature Smiles when my daughter was around three years old. I was looking for a dentist that specialized working with children. Just my luck, Dr. Solomon who is the main dentist in this office, specializes in family dentistry. We have had nothing but great experiences visiting Signature Smiles. Each visit we are greeted by familiar faces. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. As I mentioned earlier, we have been coming to see Dr. Solomon since my daughter was three years old. Now, seven, she has grown a great experience visiting the dentist. There is no such thing as waiting in their office. If you come at your appointment time, or even a little bit early, they are always waiting for you and will get you right in. I've recommended Dr. Solomon to my friends and family, and it's great to see their little ones on the "Smile Board." They seemed to have great experiences as well. read more

I made an appointment with an orthodontist for a broken permanent retainer and they scheduled me with a dentist instead (despite the fact that I asked double checked on the phone to make sure it was an orthodontist). To his credit the dentist took it in stride and repaired my retainer. They told me my insurance wouldn't cover it and I would have to pay out of pocket. Fine, I paid the $300 and found out weeks later they also billed my insurance. I went back a few days after they fixed my brace for a cleaning, both the hygienist and the dentist were late. Additionally, the dentist found a pit on my tooth and recommended I fill it straight away. I asked for them to release my X-rays to me, and of course they charged me, no other dentist has ever done that. Also these were X-rays that were already paid for by my insurance during the cleaning so I wasn't sure why I had to pay for them again I took my X-rays and got two second opinions, where both dentists said the pit wasn't an issue and by no means needed a filling. It just seems they're out for the money here and don't really care about their patients. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. read more

Mr. Johnson the Dentist made me feel very comfortable it was my first time that I got my wisdom teeth pulled and the sweet young lady the dental assistant made me feel very comfortable because I was very nervous she was very observant and I recommend this place this was my first time there thank you for an amazing first time visit you guys are the best! and also the lady who cleaned my teeth for a cleaning was very thoughtful I wish I can remember all your names I recommend and this place the staff was very professional and polite . read more

I'm giving them 2 stars because they were there when I was in desperate need of work, and they are available frequently, but that's about it. I asked the woman multiple times if they were within my network (gave her all of my insurance info and everything) and she told me they were. After telling me it was going to be around $4,600ish to get 2 root canals done, I called the insurance company only to find out they are not within my network and they were going to have me pay all of out that out of pocket. I'd skip this place unless you're desperate. read more

Although the staff was friendly and the doctor was ok, I can't recommend this place in good faith to anybody. When I called for an appointment, I provided them with everything needed- name, insurance info, etc. When I arrived, they had the wrong first name for me, had the wrong insurance coverage listed for me, and then I found out they were not honest about being an "in network" dentist for my insurance. I ended up getting quoted for a procedure that was about 2-3 TIMES the amount I should have paid, and the office didn't even bother to mention it would be cheaper to go somewhere else, they just "upsold" me on their 12 month financing plans. These guys are some Crooks. The first time I took my wife to their dentist office, they said that she was going to need a deep cleaning. And they said that I would need the same thing too in spite of the fact that I have not had a cavity in 27 years. And in spite of the fact that the last dentist that I went to told me that I would need no such thing. The next time I went back for an emergency appointment for my wife. They told her that she would need her wisdom tooth extracted, and they said that it will cost $1,441. That would be $579 for the tooth extraction and another $800 and some change for a bone graft. Awfully strange. I looked it up while I was deciding whether or not to have them run my credit for a dental loan, and it said that this procedure was definitely not recommended in the overwhelming majority of cases. Also, there was no other mention of suggesting that she needed another deep cleaning. When I left their office, I went to another office and they said that the extraction would cost between $125 and $350. For the record, that is about $450 cheaper to $200 cheaper then what it was at their office. Stay away from this corrupt office. They give Jews a bad name. (That guy was Reform/ Secular. Incidentally, the next office that I went to was run by some Orthodox Jews and they gave an honest estimate.) It gets worse. I contacted the Care Credit company that they used to try to finance the overpriced procedure, and they tried to open up a $5,000 line of credit in my name and also my wife's name. They neglected to mention that. I'm in the process of connecting with the Consumer Finance and Protection Bureau to file a report against them. read more

I used to love Signature Smiles but they are now under new ownership and the staff has no clue what they are doing, they are rude and they should not be trusted. This month (Nov 2017) I went in for my routine maintenance and was charged just under 3 times my copay. After going in circles with the front desk rep, I was advised that they just charge based on an estimate and the estimate that I was charged is 50% of the service fee and that someone would call me to discuss the matter. Long story short I paid the bill the same day as the visit and of course no one ever called me. I called the office to obtain my refund that I am rightfully owed and the rep on the phone had an attitude as if I was asking her for the money out of her own pocket. I could not get a straight answer on when and how I would receive my refund and how much the refund will be so that I could be sure that we are all on the same page since they can't seem to get it right. If you decide to do business with this office be prepared to be overcharged and have to hunt down your money. read more

This location is very much open however should be closed. This place will bill your company for false services! I went in for a general cleaning, it was explained to me they would put a small cap on my teeth which they referred to as a sealant. I was in the office less than an hour. Years later I have found out they billed my insurance for EIGHT FILLINGS. They won't speak with me or re-bill correctly. I would sure remember if I had 8 cavities, I wouldn't forget someone drilling into 8 of my teeth, in which I'm sure would have taken more than approx 45 mins to complete on top of my full cleaning for my mom and I. I took my two children to Signature Smiles on a Saturday for a cleaning. The technician and dentist were very kind and helpful. I was very happy to find a dentist that made my children feel comfortable and open 7 days a week. I of course made an appointment for 6 months out. My son needed some follow up work and the office staff provided me a treatment plan, however the plan did not include our families dual insurance... since it was a Saturday I waited until Monday to allow the office staff to sort out my insurance and update the treatment plan. I called on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday...when I was told the treatment plan would be emailed to me by the end of the week. I of course was confused and a bit annoyed as I have never experienced a treatment plan taking over a week to obtain. Meanwhile my child is waiting to get the work needed. I wait patiently for Friday and still no treatment plan. I then call on Sunday and spoke to a pleasant lady and explained the situation, she had a office member return my call. I informed her that I wish to cancel all my appointments as I do not enjoy calling so often and receive no service. She attempted to collect my insurance information again. I mean come on I provided it on three separate occasions. I have never had issues like this with a dentist office. I mean there are five in our family and we have dual dental, why wouldn't you take the proper steps to gain that business. I will take my children to my dentist, no they aren't a "pediatric dentist", but they give great service and my treatment plans are provided in 30 minutes. As a professional working mother I would like to tell Signature Smiles...hold your office staff accountable as it appears the bad reviews hold weight, value your customers and their time as it just removes your credibility as a professional. I was extremely overcharged for a procedure and quoted another $10,000 worth of future work.... thank goodness I went somewhere else after they basically ripped me off for the first procedure. I really liked this office until they treated me like I wasn't a loyal patient. I really believe customer service is important especially when it comes to working on someone's body or in this case their teeth. In 2017 I got a root canal by Dr. Jeffrey Solomon. It was a $2k+ surgery. Later that year I started having some pain. in that tooth mostly sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures. I went back to the office and they told me there was nothing they could do but they directed me to a root canal specialist. The specialist said the root canal was done incorrectly and that all of the nerve was not removed which is why i still feel temperature. I asked Signature smiles to cover the cost to get the retreatment done and they ignored me on several attempts. I went to another specialist and they gave me the same feedback. This time I had my lawyer reach out and once again no response. Now I have been quoted a price to get a new surgery by the specialist which is close to the same amount that i originally paid. ($2k). As a longtime patient, I was disappointed that they did not try to correct their wrong. I am still in pain and had the surgery been done right the first time or corrected by signature smiles I would still be a patient there. But the way it was handled was dead wrong. read more

My treatment in the office has been the worst I have ever experienced with any medical professional. I started ortho treatment 8 months ago and didn't get the results that I wanted. I wanted to close spacing but 3 days after the braces were removed the spacing came back. The orthodontist was pretty nice and wanted to re-apply the braces. but at this point, i had already experienced horrible scheduling issues, rudeness from the front desk staff, and an abundance of other issues. The worst of it was that i nearly had an physical altercation with one of the receptionist, which resulted in her storming out of the office while saying 'i don't have to deal with this shit'. So when the orthodontist offered to reapply the braces, I wasn't happy. I wanted to transfer to another orthodontist so i requested a refund. The owner of the dental office (Solomon) never returned my calls after at least five attempts to reach him. I spoke with an office manage who seem understanding but i didn't hear back from him for weeks. Finally i called and called, the office manager told me that a refund would not be issued. I literally have no other choice but to continue treatment with this office until i figure out if i have a legal standing to have my money returned. The orthodontist was a very nice person but overall the business is run very poorly. It bother me greatly that Dr. Solomon has no remorse about his patients being treated this way and offered no communication or apologies. I have literally cried in my car after leaving this office. This business is run very unethically. Please do not spend your money there. read more

I heard about this dentist through my employer and I was looking for a dentist at the time so I decided to try this one out. I was amazed at how friendly the staff was and how nice the office was. It was very clean and laid back. I would recommend this dental office 100%!!! read more
