Update 7/09/09: Small Claims court instructed Alliance Network Services \ Alliant Internet Services (??.. see original review below) to pay within 30 days. In my opinion, they could have paid immediately. However, they did not even pay within the appropriate time frame. Instead they played games. After the 30 day window they said they mailed a check. However, they used a wrong address. Strange, since when they were sending me bills they had the right address. And my email footers had my address, and my card, etc. Then when they finally did pay 40 days after the court hearing, they made the check out to the name of my domain which they were supposed to have created a web site... not to me, which created an issue to get cashed.
