They showed me the darkness options and my three quality options , including the benefits of selecting the ceramic or top shelf tints versus the basic. I paid $375 for the ceramic tint (that's their middle option) which honestly seems high to me but I had to wait five weeks just to get in and they guarantee their work while I own the car so hopefully it's worth it. I'm glad I waited because the tint turned out beautifully, no streaks or bubbles and the tint is black not purple. I wanted darkest in the back and then fade lighter as you get to the front seat-it's perfect.

Chad was super kind and allowed me to have my tiny dog in the waiting area and let him explore the back office like it was his. They did an excellent job and I instantly made driving possible again. The ceramic window tint regulates the temperature to a safe level so I'm no longer house bound entirely in the summer like I have been. My car had hardly any tint and the ac was fighting the heat radiating in through the windows making it unsafe for me to drive. Thank you again, life changing.

I took my CTS-V for a full PPF job. All my dealings were with James. After receiving the car back I…read morenoticed that the driver's door keyless entry feature ( just grabbing the door handle with key in pocket) was not working as well as the left rear door. The next day I proceeded to look into it and found that the cables for the antenna within the driver's door handle were stripped (see pictures). I reached out to James to share my findings as well as report some lifting edges and sharpie marks left on the PPF. He said to bring it back that they would take care of it. After talking to his technicians he claimed that they found the handle without any cable connections. I told him I was taking it to the dealership to get properly diagnosed and taken care of, to which he agreed to cover the cost for. Up to this point he was very friendly and reassuring. After I contacted him again with what the dealership quoted me, James changed his tone with me and proceeded to gaslight me. Saying that they didn't do it, that someone else had worked on that door yet the door was working fine when I dropped off the car with them. He reluctantly agreed to cover the repair bill and asked me to send him contact info to send the money over. After I did so I have just been ghosted with no response.

Do not waste your money or your time…read more We hired Print Boys to install window decals for our medical practice and the experience was nothing short of a masterclass in incompetence. They came out to measure our windows themselves -- their job, not ours -- and still managed to misprint materials that didn't fit. Rather than communicate this before installation, they installed over a weekend with zero notice, put up incomplete decals missing an entire middle panel, and left our before-and-after display looking like an embarrassing mess. When we finally called to get answers (because they certainly weren't going to reach out), they had the audacity to blame us for having windows of different widths -- windows they measured themselves. I then had to pull time out of my own schedule to resize and resubmit designs to correct their mistake, and they still tried to charge us for the reprints. Let that sink in: they misprint, they ghost you, they botch the installation, and then they send you a bill. And if that weren't enough -- when one of our female employees followed up, they addressed her dismissively as "woman" and doubled down rather than showing an ounce of professionalism or accountability. That kind of behavior has no place in any professional exchange, full stop. This business operates with the accountability of a middle school group project. Bigoted, incompetent, and completely uninterested in making things right. We deeply regret ever giving them our business and would strongly urge anyone -- especially other medical or professional practices -- to look elsewhere. When called out on their mistakes, they whine and deflect like children rather than handle problems like the professional adults they claim to be. But then again, they're called "Print Boys" so we should have known...

However, I wanted to ensure that the card stock was to my liking, so I went to the shop. Randy assured me that my order would be completed on time and to my specifications. When I arrived to pick up the programs, Randy said their printer broke down and that they were unable to add the glossy finish to the front and back pages of the program. My pickup was scheduled for 9:00 am and the service was at 10:30 am. I took the programs as is. I followed up a few days later to ask if he would print the thank you notes, pro bono, since they had not completed my previous order to my satisfaction. He said they would give me a 25% discount. I asked for a 25% refund on my previous order. He told me he could not offer a refund, because I had accepted it. I told him I had no other choice but to use those programs. I asked him if I could talk to the owner. He told me he was not at liberty to tell me the name of the owner. How could someone take advantage of someone in such a vulnerable state and not try to figure out a way to remedy the situation to the customer's satisfaction? Did the machine really break down or did Randy lie? WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM PRINTBOYS in Auburn Hills, MI. They will take advantage of you and then blame you for their poor workmanship. I will NEVER use Printboys again.
