Needed a large scale vinyl print done, about 6x4 feet. Cyle was able to render my image and edit it to look better than what I had provided him with. Print was done same day and installed for cheaper than what I expected. Even offered to reprint for free if I was not satisfied. Completely satisfied. went into business on weds, placed an order, kyle was to email 2 results of request and mention also work would be completed by following mid-week. received no email, no phone calls. went by business on mon & tues ...closed both days. called on weds, was told kyle would be contacting us by noon time...no call. no email. called back at 1pm...no ans, left message. no call. called again thurs, no answer, called at 1:40...canx order. due to lack of contact and poor customer service. was told i could go elsewhere and was abruptly hung up on!! read more
