I had my cars 'Sign Wrapped' two Januarys ago. At that time the owner had gotten the designs not quite right and offered to fix them for me... I thought that was fair and was pleased with the result. Then 13-14 months later , the signwriting ( wrapping) started to peel away .. I contacted SIGNWAVE and they asked me to bring the car in for inspection. The ' sales lady' described the job as shitty and horrible.. She then promptly sent me a quote to repair which was going to re-wrap my two vehicles.. I argued the point and a few weeks later contacted SIGNWAVE head office at Parramatta.. They said the ' sales lady' shouldn't have said that , and that she no longer worked with the company. Despite several email communications and several photos being sent , the end result from the head office was ( ready for this ) ' Sorry . that was the previous Franchisee and you'll have to contact him.' I replied that wasn't good enough and they offered to re-wrap the cars for around $ 5000... Here I am . just on 2 years down the track and my cars that should look great , are CRAP!
