Former Full-Time Graphic Designer -- 1 Star Tenure: 10 Weeks…read more| 2025 I joined this agency in April with high hopes, but after 10 weeks, I was dismissed for being a "bad fit"--despite 15+ years of experience in design and a strong work ethic. This review is to help others avoid a similarly frustrating experience. If you're tech-savvy, professional, and communicative, those strengths will actually work against you here. The owner, Rozalie, refuses to modernize--either her tools or her mindset. She expects you to operate as if you've worked for her for years, with no onboarding, no documentation, and zero margin for clarification. When I asked completely reasonable questions (like specfics around brand guidelines), I was accused of not following instructions. Key issues to be aware of: * Hostile Communication Style: Rozalie is routinely dismissive, and her tone borders on emotionally abusive. If there's a communication breakdown, it's never her fault. She won't acknowledge gaps in onboarding and seems to expect mind-reading from day one. * Outdated Systems: I was assigned a 2013 computer, forced to use a former employee's login, and asked to navigate a studio still reliant on CD backups and an 18-year-old server that had recently failed. * Unrealistic Expectations: I was criticized for using the trash can, and for responding to messages within 2-3 hours rather than instantly--even though I was never told there was a problem until it became a reason for dismissal. * Lack of Support or Feedback: There were no performance reviews, no improvement plans, and no response to emails I wrote in good faith to clarify goals and show my willingness to improve. * Control Issues & Low Pay: Remote work isn't allowed, not for technical reasons, but due to a fundamental lack of trust. You'll be required to work onsite for $50K--completely unrealistic for 2025, especially given the conditions. Rozalie's leadership is either severely incompetent or willfully delusional--likely both. The entire experience felt regressive, demoralizing, and borderline toxic. If you're a skilled designer looking to do meaningful work in a professional environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

She immediately had an attitude on the phone and when I met her in person it became even worse. I don't know how the hell you guys have customers with her as your representative

I would've given at least 2 stars since she is responsive via email; however, her customer service skills are ridiculous. There were multiple small defects on the logos (some were peeling as soon as I picked it up, the other had a small piece missing, and all of them were not cut correctly and still showing white behind the colored part.) Her excuse was that we provided the garments she used and I don't understand how digital works. If that's the case, I can post the comparison photos of each logo, as well as other digital prints of the same logo I've had done elsewhere on the same garment types. She definitely needs to check her energy and customer service skills though because I would've just happily not used her services again but instead, I'm leaving a review so that future customers are aware and don't waste their time. I will add pics (both logo provided and final product that I was given as well as comparisons). In the meantime, if you need just screen print, Osborn Printing, right around the corner has better customer service.

Design-wise, I could always use a lot of improvement! However, the amazing printing quality of Trinity Press's services and top-of-the-line small and large format printers always make my artwork look much better than it is! ;) The colors are always vivid and rich and make everything pop. They spoil me with how much ink they use per print! I have regularly ordered hundreds of print and poster orders from Trinity Press over the past 4 years (just in case it is helpful, my usual dependable go-to paper specs are full-bleed color on 80-lb glossy cover stock) and they have been extraordinarily prompt and professional with every order and my horrendous procrastination. After having used multiple printing companies in the past, I can say Trinity's pricing is extremely fair and affordable! They respond lightning quick to emails and calls, and I often experience turnaround times of within 2 business days even for last-minute, massive orders. Whenever I've had self-made delays or numerous questions, they always patiently help me even though I'm simply a layperson and not a cool studio or corporation. Throughout all the time I've liberally used them, Trinity Press has consistently upgraded their printing technology and their (already huge) range of services. If ever I pitch odd ideas to them that aren't quite part of their repertoire just yet, they respond with such an open mind and willingness to try to figure out good solutions for us. I've personally only ordered paper prints from Trinity Press so far but every time I go pick up my orders, I've gotten to see many of their other freshly-made products in person. They do excellent work on apparel screen printing, business cards, mailers, flyers, cards, invites, banners of all kinds (from pop-up ones to massive ads that fit on a building). If anyone has a printing job where quality and turnaround time are super important, please give Trinity Press a try! They have treated us like royalty for years and are very, very generous with their ink, expertise, and patience!
