I had back pains that made life very hard for me. Bending over gave me so much pain I needed help to lift things. A friend told me of an amazing Chiropractor named Dr. Parvini. I was unsure he would be able to help me. I went into their office not knowing what to expect. There were different doctors in there but I requested him. He ran his hands down my lower back and told me what was causing my pain. He adjusted me and that day 40% of my pain was gone! I came back 3 times over a month period and can say I have no back pains NOW! So like a care getting a monthly tune up I go each month to make sure everything is fine. I've dealt with chronic lower back pain for about four years now. Also a kink in my neck and securing pain in my shoulder from a dislocation. I'd been to several doctors over the years but in the end none of them did much to improve my physical issues.  A friend recommended this place highly so I figured what did I have to lose? From the second I stepped through the door it was apparent this place was serious about what they do. The customer service was excellent and the bedside manner was second to none. I'd been to chiropractors before and had mixed results but that was not my experience with Silicon Valley Chiropractic. They really took care of me and after a couple visits my pain and discomfort was like night and day. They are really good at this stuff. By the time they were done my neck and back pain improved at least 90%. The shoulder took a bit  longer but feels great now. The staff, chiropractors and facilities are amazing. I'm not sure if most of the positive reviews here are real ones. Charlatan is the best word for describing this office. I went there for a neck injury. Dr. Parvini gave me a very long and theatrical description of their services. Don't get fool by that! It is all a first session sweet talk to hook you up as a patient. All they did in each following session was spending a couple of minutes on cracking my neck and then putting me under a muscle stimulant device (which really does nothing). I did not improve at all, and I didn't feel like they even care about progressing. Complete waste of time and money. I found neck cracking a dangerous thing. Not only didn't I get better, my neck pain got worse. They charged me about $80 per session after insurance, only spending 2 minutes on me per session. If you charge this much, shouldn't you at least spend 15 minutes with the patient? It's really sad to see these so-called doctors use patients as ATM machines. I stopped going there after about 8 sessions and will never go back. I had a better experience with a physical therapist. read more

I have been suffering with extreme neck and back pain and I was recommended by a good friend of mine to visit this clinic. Upon entering, I was greeted generously by the front desk and they had me meet with Dr. Parvini within five minutes. Dr.Pravini was scheduled to do my x-ray and he was beyond hospitable. Since this was also my first time going for an x-ray, Dr.P took the time to make me understand what he was doing and made me feel super comfortable. After my x-ray was done, within five minutes, I was advised to go meet with Dr.Sinha. Dr.Sinha went in thorough detail regarding my x-ray details. She really took the time to explain why I have been experiencing so much pain, and what necessary treatments will we be doing. This is my first ever doctor visit, where a doctor really took the time to break down everything for me in laymen terms. Dr.Sinha also adjusted my back, neck and did a thorough exercise on my back. Usually my upper back hurts, but after my first treatment today, I was able to stand for more than thirty minutes without my back hurting so much. It Was March 2019 when I realized that my back needed a treatment and when I went to SIlicon Valley Chiroparatic to evaluate and consultation advise I met Dr. Ayushi Sinha as my primary physician , she was very professional evaluating what I need to do from Xtray and letting me understand how my spine and lower join to be treated. After Scheduling my 12 weeks , I was assigned to Dr. Lenard as my chiropractor physician , He has help me to improved on a weekly basics on where to do the treatments and able to identify on where to focus on my lower join to reduce pain. Amaaaazing! Ever thought you'd hear that about a chirorpactor? Well, now you have. I was in so much pain after my car accident. My poor car was T-boned from the passenger side. The pain in my neck was relentless, so I finally claimed medical through my auto insurance and went straight to SV Chiro upon high recommendations. Dr. Parvini and Dr. Lynard to the rescue! When you go to any medical professional, you can tell a lot from the initial consultation appointment. There are 3 questions you should ask yourself: 1. Do you feel like they you are being provided a full explanation of the techniques and analysis to arrive at your diagnosis? 2. Are the professionals using adequate tools and equipment? 3. Do you feel like you are being cared for as a patient and human being? If your answer to any of these is 'no', you should definitely run. For my experience at SV Chiro, the answers to all 3 questions are 100% Yes. For the first appointment, Dr. Parvini did a thorough evaluation of my neck and spine and recorded his findings while he did the examination. He also had me do a series of movements in order to determine my motion capacity prior to any treatments. In order to complete the diagnosis, X-rays were taken right away. I visited Dr. Sinha for relief from migraines that I had been suffering for years now and have been very happy with the treatments I have received. I have been seeing Dr Parvini and his wonderful team for about 13 years now. They saved me, big time. I found Silicon Valley Chiropractic at a desperate time in my life. At age 32 the herniated discs in my back were causing such bad sciatic pain in my left leg that I could not stand up for more that 30 seconds at a time. My Dr. had me on the maximum amount of painkillers I could safely take trying to manage the pain. I couldn't work because of the drugs. It was a nightmare. I tried epidural cortisone injections. Physical therapy and exercises. Steroids. Nothing was working. Then, after a bunch of research, I found out about Decompression machine that actually heals the problem- DRX9000. Insurance did not cover the treatment and of course the name sounds like some kind of a scam but it really trueing isn't. It works!! Dr Parvini runs a tight ship of warmth and professionalism. He was careful to have me get right tests to safely work on my spine. It turned out that another chiropractor I was see for 2 years had been. Doing the exact wrong thing for me and making it worse. Anyway, after a thorough evaluation I crossed my fingers and started the treatment. It took a while to work and I still had pain after the treatments were all done but as time went by, I continued to improve until finally, all the sciatica and lower back pain was gone. I got off the painkillers and began to live again. It felt like a miracle. Now I just go in for tuneups from time to time. SVC also treated a similar problem in my neck very successfully. I have been a patient of Dr. Parvini and Dr. Leonard for several years. They helped me through injury, pregnancy and everything in between. The office is so professional! The staff are incredibly sweet and both Drs have such a warm demeanor. Recently I've incurred another minor back injury that made it almost impossible to walk and sitting and sleep were nearly impossible. I was traveling and sitting on a plane was excruciating. When I got back I went immediately to the office and the relief was instant even though the treatment is still ongoing. One month of bad experience. 1) We did not get what they promised(no estim after first couple of visits) 2) in every appointment, the dc never ask how things getting better(never ask!) and manually did something within one min and left. Very disappointing. He seems he does not care whether the treatment would work or not. No progress check at all. I do not thing we got $160 worth of treatment within few mins. 3) we paid up front for the one month visits and they said we are going to get checks from the insurance which never happen. We asked front desk a couple of time about it but it seems they don't care and not willing to help. 4) After a month on treatment ( we paid more than $1600), absolutely NOTHING got better. 5) it seems they charge for fake treatments. I was just a student and didnt know much about chiropractors, but it was one of the few approachable solutions at the time. After fully recovering from back and neck pains, I still continued to visit the office. Today, I am a record label tour photographer, i work and travel up to 80hrs/week. I've headed to Silicon Valley Chiropractic Center with a sever pain in the back - it was so bad that I already imagined the rest of my life in a wheelchair. Dr. Parvini and Dr. Cabanas who took care of me were both exceptionally friendly and professional and most importantly they quickly and accurately found the cause of my problems. Improvements were quick and after approximately 6 sessions I'm back to normal (exactly as they predicted when we talked about the diagnosis). Word of caution : Check on what you are going to be billed before you go here! I already cancelled my first appointment. This is the first chiropractic center that does not seem to have their act together (I feel like I will get over billed because of how the receptionist talked, and, after dealing with a 'bad' attitude, there is no way I'm going in for an adjustment) Day1 : I call receptionist - schedules appointment, takes my insurance information saying she will check on co-pay Day 2 : I call to ask about my co-pay. Receptionist says they cannot say what this is, will be varying (?!) - This is in spite of having all my information, and being an in-network clinic. She then says that I will have to pay the entire amount. They will then call the insurance company, and "if an X-ray is needed" they will decide how much the insurance will cover and bill me the rest. (Really!!?). But, I will have to pay the entire clinical visit upfront, not just the co-pay. After I question why this seems to be the only chiropractic clinic in town not sticking to the co-pay, and they cannot tell me what the co-pay is -- receptionist tells me that they might be able to adjust it, after consultation with the doctor(!!??). By then her tone had turned quite cold as well. Summary : A chiropractic office being so squirrelly about what the co-pay is, saying that they will bill me, not stick to just the co-pay, refund me later, deal with X-rays differently than an in-office consultation, etc. in spite of being in-network for me, and even before my first appointment is just astounding, and a major hassle. This has never happened in other clinics or other US states. I'm going with a different chiropractor -- Although the work done reviews itself seem good, I don't want to lose sleep on whether I am going to be extremely overly billed. You might be better off doing the same. Who knows, maybe a different receptionist might make a difference. read more

So I came in last week to be seen for some neck and shoulder pain. I immediately was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk staff. Madison, who is one of the Doctor's assistant was super nice and attentive when retrieving my information for the doctor. I then met with Dr. Ayushi Sinha. In two months, I went from not being able to sleep well or do any activity to doing cardio every day. I could not touch my knees when I came in! Now, I can touch my toes!!! It was the small simple thing to set up an appointment and the rest was history. Let me tell you that I've had my share of a few different chiropractors in my life. I felt more and more pain on my right shoulder and upper arm during past a few month, to the point that I woke up in middle of night just felt the pain by sleeping on right side. SVCC is the third chiropractic office I've been to in my adult life. I'm new to the area from LA and wanted to find a provider I can trust for when I have issues. I thought I was walking in to just have a feel-good release and to meet the office, but instead I got a two hour long, extremely comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Parvini. I met with him on my second visit to go over the results, and I've learned so much [objective] information about my body that I've never known before. I am now on a 2x a week, for 3 months treatment plan to fix my body and prevent worse degeneration.
