I currently have them repairing the sidewalk around our office. What impresses me about Jarrod and his crew is not just the quality of work, but the promptness with which they address your issues. The level of customer service with which you are provided is outstanding. Site Supervisor, Brandon Diakow and his team are mindful of tenants, go out of there way to keep work areas clean, take the time to explain to concerned tenants the work they are doing and are cognizant of the fact these are people's live/works areas. The level of care with which you are provided is unexpected and the attention to detail in their work is incredible. It is not often that you come across contractors who care about their clients and take such pride in their work. I am grateful to have Gator Concrete as one of my preferred contractors.

After projects were completed there was a prolonged dispute regarding commission payments and access to the job costing documentation required to reconcile those commissions. Despite repeated requests over several months, I was never provided with basic accounting documentation such as total revenue collected, supplier invoices, or a proper job costing report. Instead, only informal email summaries listing vendor names and amounts were sent. This dragged on for months without being resolved. Based on my experience, anyone considering working with or hiring this company should proceed with caution and ensure all terms, accounting, and documentation requirements are clearly defined in writing.

Dean- Great guy, with greater taste. He helped me pick and choose interior things, and as a single dude with less-than-fancy eye for things, he helped me choose the right things. In the first walk through, he was showing me and my friends all the rooms, and even took care of a bad piece of stud that we caught. Tell him to get his butt back in the gym, cuz I haven't seen him there in a while! Construction Supervisor- I forgot this gentleman's name, but when I suspected a leaking roof, he brought his team and took their time to fully, and properly inspect it. It turned out to be a stain of some sort. But what a relief! Thanks to your hard working employees. Rachel- You have the best person for the job in the warranty and service department. Really easy to deal with, always returned my e-mails in a decent time. Took my concerns very seriously and made sure the work was done. Followed up with repairs, and genuinely seemed like she cared. They always showed up when they said they will and I could trust them in my home. They did a wonderful job with my renovation and all the clean up too. I couldn't be any happier and usually it's so tough to find reliable contractors. I also found out that they are entirely a family-run, local, small business, which I always prefer to support. This is the first bad review I have written but unfortunately, I feel that I had such poor service…read moreand workmanship from Luxury Drywall that I believe this review is warranted. I would also like to say that Jax, the owner, has a friendly demeanor but everything related to my project was a disaster. To make a long story short - the job was never completed - the owner gave up eventually not even completing the boarding when it should have been completed to a level 5 finish (ceiling) and painted throughout. - the owner and partner at the time rarely showed up and absences and late arrivals were met with excuses (and there were plenty)...5 weeks for a partially boarded basement. - the workmanship was poor (suspected by me and confirmed by other experts) and required the drywall to be torn out. - I watched as a drywall section that I purchased was taken to another client (bit my tongue while watching this on one occasion). All they had to do was ask if they could take a scrap piece. - No effort was taken to reduce the cost that I was paying for material. I had to renegotiate one particular order myself. - No effort to rationalize the retainer that was paid upfront as goodwill upon my termination of the project In conclusion, the lack of effort cost me financially and was stressful. They were completely unreasonable, unprofessional and unqualified. There was no "Luxury" in this company's work. Although Jax is a nice person I would never again hire this individual or this company.
