Selections are a good range, and most people shopping at the time successfully found goodies. Prices will depend on the brand and quality. Whatever it is, you'll be paying much better than usual marked up retail prices. Just my luck they were hosting an additional sale and I managed to find a few pieces. I will need to get some alterations but I'm super thrilled to have found some great stuff for a good price. The pieces are kept well, good quality, and they have about 3 change rooms available so you can actually try the stuff on. They've got all sorts of clothing from casual to business wear to semi formal and formal. You can find all sorts of styles too. There's a huge section for formal dresses at the back half and I recall she mentioned they have another location that specially has bridal wear. They also have some jewelry and shoes. I definitely look forward to coming back again soon and hope more people discover them so they can stay in business for a long time to come. The staff here are incredibly friendly and so is the owner! They're not pushy about the sale and seem only concerned about making sure you have a great time shopping. Love the vibes! I told her what I liked and disliked and she made sure to pull all the dresses that fit my criteria. She helped me get in and out of all the dresses. Because it's a smaller boutique, I do find their selection smaller. However, they do have trunk shows where they get more dresses from a particular designer. I went for the Enzoani trunk show and the discounts were very significant (almost 25% off!). Enzoani has beautiful, very detailed and well made dresses, so this was a big deal! Unfortunately, I didn't end up getting my dress here because I didn't find the one. But the service and boutique were very nice!

The only reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I spent time doing a questionnaire prior to the appt, but it doesn't seem like anything was done with that information. No dresses were pulled beforehand and the consultant asked the same questions from the questionnaire.

I messaged the Facebook page two separate times with questions and both times their responses were prompt and thorough. The online booking system on the website made it easy for me to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for me, and I received a confirmation email the following day (which I gathered to be from an actual human instead of an automated response). I wanted trying on wedding dresses to be a fun and special day for me and my group of girls and One Love One Dream definitely exceeded my expectations. We had our own private room with chairs and snacks and a consultant working with us exclusively which made me feel important and that they value my business. The shop is beautiful, clean and organized. Our consultant Amanda was friendly and knowledgeable - she was so helpful through the whole process, answering questions, making suggestions, and having fun with us. They provided champagne when I said "yes" to the dress and let us have our own little celebration, I was never rushed out of the store or to the cash. In all the excitement, I left my wallet in the store and I didn't even know it, and they gave me a call to let me know they found it and that it would be waiting there safe and sound for me whenever I could come get it. I bought a sale dress off the rack that requires a couple of small repairs and I received a follow up email to assure me that it is being taken care of for me! We could not have asked for a better experience. It is so great to have such a big part of the wedding planning taken care of - and to have had a totally painless, stress-free experience.
