She stood in the room while I undressed to my underware (yes, this is weird, but I'm a mom so I'm not shy) the lady leaves and a young guy comes in. He asks if I like hard or medium. He starts walking on my back. Then starts massaging me way too hard. I say "stop too hard" several times, but he didn't understand, and was almost bruising me. The massage was okay most of the time, but when it became super painful, it wasn't good or relaxing. He never rubbed my feet, which was the reason I went for a massage. Part of the massage was good, and it helped me feel better, but really I needed reflexology, not a torture hour. The experience was strange.

I ran over in the morning and found a young woman who was in working on paperwork. She called the owner who arranged for us all to have massages that morning. He also gave us a complimentary try in the NeuroSpa (a massage chair with music and art). Our therapists were excellent, very professional and strong. It was a wonderful experience for us all. We all highly recommend it. (My only negative was that the owner had a loud voice and at times you could hear him talking (through the door) during the massage) however he was very nice and helpful.

During my tenure in Helsinki, Michelle Sujballi did my hair-colour, highlights, and beaded weft hair extensions. Her work was perfect. My blonde hair colour was bright and dimensional. My hair extensions were always perfectly maintained. In fact, Michellle S's "blonde whispering" was better than some of West Hollywood's best! She was also warm, kind and exceptionally funny. During this time, I also had my eyebrows coloured and threaded here. The woman (her name eludes me atm for some reason) who provided these services was also top notch. She worked with my face shape, natural brows, and expectations. My brows were always well-coloured and groomed-the former can be quite a challenge for a double process blonde! Colours International was always bright, lively, and a comfy destination for English speaking expats, as most of the staff originally hailed from destinations abroad. To no avail, I found Sinikka & Hanna by accident! It was a great surprise! I had a deep cleanse with a chemical peel done by the beautiful Sinnika (great skin). She used the chemical liquid first, then proceeded with the soothing creams, after she gave me a mask, then the extractions (not painful), finally another mask and then she left me with a heavy non greasy cream to go home. I really loved it because she was nice, didn't try to sell me anything and my skin looks great (a bit red at first), overall it was a pleasant experience. The only but is the location, but the facial at the end is what counts.
