They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.

I said no let's do it anyways, and although some hairs were too small to pull, she did a fantastic job taking care of the areas and they were 95% complete pretty much! I'm excited to be a frequent customer now. The manager at the front desk was phenomenal too. She put together a whole plan for me and broke it down. None of the staff was super pushy or sales focused which I was happy about.
