The entire process was going to cost me over $3,000 out of pocket - after my insurance paid. I got a second opinion from an extremely reputable dentist who told me it was nothing serious and it might eventually involve an extraction but probably not for a few more years since I took such good care of my teeth. I write this as a warning to potential patients and as a statement on the shameful, greedy behavior of so many dentists in Jonesboro. It isn't just Adams.

Brandi the dental hygienist was the first one ever to not cause pain cleaning my teeth. She was friendly ,professional and very well trained in the latest technology. Dr. Wright was very informative about the issues I have. Her approach on how to resolve several problems I have made me realize I should have been here all along. She gave sound advice and way forward. The office staff were very helpful setting up appointments close together for the work needed. They were very helpful and understood the schedule I needed to make it work. I appreciate the patience and kindness they showed me . I am glad my former dentist dropped my insurance. When I called for an appointment the receptionist was super friendly and put me to ease right away. Meeting Dr. Sarah, she made me feel super comfortable. She let me know what was needed to get me the relief that I so desperately needed, no shaming, no condemnation, just the facts.
