I've been to quite a few barbers in my time , and this has been by far the best experience yet. Hot towel with a straight razor shave is exactly what I needed. Its like a spa day for a manly man. Lol. Throughout my cut and shave I seen a couple of young kids come in , the music was turned off and a childrens movie was started. I have been going to Silvano's for the better part of 4 years and have had several styles ranging from a full afro, afro with taper, flat top fade, to current faux hawk. I can say each hair style has been maintained by different stylists at this shop with zero problem and my full satisfaction. I started taking my son to Silvano's about two years ago when he started asking for certain hairstyles. We both are happy with the results. In the past 10+ years i have never gotten my haircut by anyone new until today. I booked an appointment with MacKenzie at Silvano's and was very happy with the results. Met up with some friends later in the day and was told that my haircut was the best they've ever seen it done. Friendly staff and very relaxed atmosphere. Price was more than fair as well! Despite the previous negative reviews on the barbershop I would highly recommend giving them a shot before generating any opinions. The shop has a great atmosphere and at times there can be waits, but that attests to the quality of cut you receive. If you're not one for waits you can always call and schedule an appointment in advance. read more
