What stands out most is his compassion -- he's gone above and beyond for me so many times, whether it was giving me IV fluids when I was run down or providing antibiotic and steroid shots to help me bounce back from a bad cold. He never rushes through visits, always takes the time to listen, and genuinely makes you feel cared for. I trust him completely with my health, and I'm so grateful for his continued care. On several occasions I have had my…read moreprescriptions messed up form the office, and have had to go back a day or two later to get it straightened out, after spending good money for an office visit in which it should have been done correctly to begin with. The last straw was when the office would not refill my scripts while I was out of town with the military doing my job. When I returned I scheduled, was billed for, and paid for an appointment to have my scripts refilled, because I was out. Two days later nothing, After 5 hours of my time wasted, another trip to that office, and 3 trips to the pharmacy I had my script refilled. I have also had to speak with Dr. Rodriquez before about a staff member at the front desk. Needless to say neither I or my family will not be back. Your mileage may differ.

I say the Dr. which was good but…read moreeverything went downhill from there, the Dr wanted me to get some blood work done because of my age and the last time i had this done was several years ago. I agreed and was told it would be about 10-minutes before the lab tech could get to me, i waited outside her office for 35-minutes listening to her talk about her weekend experience on her cell phone, well after I told someone up front that i had to leave, things change and she said that se would get me right then, I refused and said some other time. Now they were going to schedule me to have a sonogram done to see if I had gallstones, after two (2) weeks of me calling them to check if the procedure had been scheduled, I finally got an appointment date and time. After having this done, I had to call them for numberous times for three (3) weeks and left numberous messages for Norma to call me back, after the third week, I get a call on my cell phone at 2:54 pm on a Friday, I missed her call but tried calling back at 2:57 Friday, but no answer, I continued to call for 32 times until 3:45 pm when I just gave up. The following Monday (5/10/2021) I called at 9:10 am and after being placed on hold for 20 minutes, I called back now upset for the lack of professionalism. I was told that Norma would call me back and I stated I needed to talk to someone else because this woman never calls back, so 10 more minutes and a lady name Laura gets on the phone and tells me that I have a cyst on my kidney, for me to make an appointment with the doctor. I informed her that I was very disappointed in this whole process and if it was not for me making all the calls, I would still be waiting for a call from them, I told her that I would find another doctor and have my results from them sent to my new doctor. I strongly recommend that you stay away from these people and the POOR service that they provide, Doctor needs to clean house with regards to service employees, starting with Norma and working your way down.
