I would say this was the best dental visit I ever had! My first impression walking in was that I was in Hollywood! It was so fancy compared to were I used to go. Everyone was so friendly and I even got a tour. They spent a lot of time with me on my first visit and everyone went out of they're way to make me feel very comfortable and welcome. I sat down one on one with my hygienist, Alissabeth, first before the appointment started to go over any concerns and questions and she explained how everything worked there. I couldn't have had a better hygienist. Alissabeth was very friendly and made me feel at ease, I liked how thorough she was and really paid attention to detail, she was very good at explaining everything she was doing and answering my questions. I could tell she cared and liked working with people. All the equipment is very up to date and top notch. I have an issue with dry mouth that no dentist or doctor has ever cared to listen or help me with before and when Dr. Kurt came in to finish the exam, he heard my concerns and told me about a chew I could try for oral care and dry mouth, I was so happy that finally someone cared to listen and tell me about another option I could try. The dentists and staff are great. You don't feel like a number they make you feel welcomed. I have never had to go back due to continued pain or discomfort. They have done several crowns and root canals. Even deep fillings and I can say they are pain free. I hate going to the dentist due to anxiety but since I found them I haven't canceled appointment due to fear. They keep asking if you feel anything to make sure your as comfortable as they can make it. The only reason I didn't give them 5 star is due to insurance billing. I work in insurance so I understand how in and out of network differs. I called my insurance they tell me one thing and the office tells me another. Its probably not even there fault but just wished it would stop getting messed up. Even with the insurance thing I don't go to another dentist closer to home. I like how the clinic supports the community and it looks like the staff enjoys there job also. read more

I have had a tremendous amount of dental work done in my lifetime. So, the dentist has not always been a great experience for me. I am fearful of any dentist. To be quite honest, it has been painful, and other dentists have not always done good work! Of course I was nervous about going to Silver Creek Dentistry. First, the office is gorgeous! Everyone is very kind, and makes you feel welcome. I went to see Dr. Chris Johnson for a front tooth filing today. He perhaps gave me one of the least painful shots I have ever had, truly fantastic! Especially in the front of the mouth, because usually it is an extremely painful shot. I was grateful for the gentleness. Dr. Johnson does well at cosmetic dentistry. My front tooth looks beautiful! I was visiting to the area and had an emergency situation, and arrived at Silver Creek Denistry, without an appointment 15 minutes before they even opened. the first person to greet me (Goldie) was incredibly sympathetic and called on Emily (hygienist) to come up front and see me, I was never so relieved to get into a Dentist's chair as I was that day. I had a bad infection and had to have a tooth removed. The process turned out to be more than Dr. Walejko had anticipated, but he happily took the time to get my fit into their schedule and tooth removed and pain relieved. I will be recommending them to others and they will become our dentist as we look to relocate to the area. Everyone in this office was incredible, they worked with my insurance company and made me feel very comfortable. read more

Silver Creek Dentistry is amazing. I am not a regular visitor to the dentist and I only go when there is an issue. I broke a tooth and they got me in the very next morning. I had very bad experiences in the dentist chair as a child and those memories are hard to forget. When I am there those memories start to come back and I feel anxiety. Everyone there understands this and they do everything they can to make me feel safe and comfortable. I had my tooth fixed with NO pain and was in and out in less than an hour. I felt so great after that I am going back again to get my teeth cleaned because I know I am in the best care. I really appreciate the warm atmosphere. Everyone I came in contact with was very caring, and helpful Dr. Hamman was very good at explaining what needed to be done before working on me. The treatment coordinator Alyssa took special care to allow me to work out payments that were within my budget. The best part was that I was able to schedule a day I could be lightly sedated, and sleep through all the fillings I needed. The presecription was only $4, and they didnt charge me additionally for the service in office. It was the best experience I have ever had in the dentists chair! read more

The service is awesome, the staff are fabulous, and the facility is gorgeous. What more can you ask for? Honestly, my kids even enjoy going to the dentist, and who can say that about their 13 & 15 year old? I appreciate that I don't get lectured for not brushing or flossing enough. They've never made me feel bad about the way I take care of my teeth and I've never been pressured to do things that I either can't afford or aren't interested in. Rachel is the best oral hygienist I've ever had work on my teeth, and that spans dental visits in multiple states and at least four different countries.
