Bought a ring that was listed as in 'excellent used condition' on eBay. It came with 2 chips in the…read moretanzanite, the band was scratched up, and the tanzanite was loose. Against my better judgment, I kept it. My own jeweler tightened the stone and buffed the scratches out of the band. A short time later, the tanzanite came loose again even without being worn. My jeweler indicated that the prongs needed to be fixed and were not the correct prongs for that large of a tanzanite. Barbara said that I should get a quote from my jeweler for the repairs and then let her know how much so we could work something out. Once my 30 day protection through eBay ran out, Barbara stopped responding to my emails. My jeweler did not want to fix the ring because tanzanite is so delicate so I asked her to please fix the prongs on the ring so that I can wear the ring without worrying about losing the tanzanite. She will not stand behind her item and fix it. Poor business practices. Will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau.

They have cute clothes for women and it's affordable. So guys, don't worry about your wife as this store...well maybe you should worry because they come back time and again! They have a little guys stuff, some jeans and shirts but it's mostly geared towards women. Heck, most stores are geared towards women. They could use a few more men's items, such as accessories (belts, cufflinks etc.). Although they don't have a ton of men's stuff, they have more than any other store (besides the sporting goods store) in Nisswa. I will go back to check out the new stuff every time I'm in Nisswa.

Plus, the store is adorable with crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and hand-painted smokey purple armoires holding all of the accessories. This is the shop that I go into every time I come to Nisswa, not only for the great goods, but for the awesome store owner. She is one of the most friendly and personable shop owners I have ever met. After going into the store one time, I felt like she was my friend!
