Like being told a reduction in the weekly visits (we requested once a month) is due as our yard was small & never receiving it in subsequent visits. Well, this is the lawn care service for you. We were told we had a credit and needed no work done but the next visit, lo and behold, we had a balance due. Such excitement! The never knowing what to pay and why! That is all here for you. It was so boring for us to ask over and over for a detailed accounting & receive nothing like an annoying printout of all debits/credits. After leaving vm asking for an invoice stating what we were paying and having it refused, we sent it just to be done with it. BEWARE!

Never heard from him again and that was a couple of months ago. I think he is knowledgable and reasonable in price, just does not show up or follow through. The same thing happened to our daughter. He would promise to be there to take care of things and never show up or return calls. We cannot recommend Tom's Lawn Care.

I like to preface my reviews with, I am a service snob and not a foodie, but since you don't eat…read morelawn, or maybe you do, this will be able the service from Greener Grass Maintenance. This appears to be a small operation, a husband and wife team. He makes the business arraignments and they both perform the work. The owner/operator is a lovely man who is soft spoken. But he is a master of the weed-eater. They make short work for my 1/4 acre. And it's good work too. I started small, had them do just a portion of my yard. I didn't know if I could afford to have the whole thing done, but their rates are very fair. Recently, I had them rehab my entire yard. This was mowing, including a steep hill, weeding the flower beds and cleaning up all the debris from the trees getting ready to hibernate from the heat and lack of water. It took them a bit, 2 1/2 hours, but man that was a lot of work, done well. It would have taken me a week. If you are in the Salem Oregon area and are looking for a regular care team, or just need to catch up, call these folks up. They will definitely be worth the call.
