They offer a key cutting service at their William Street shop, which is very useful as I've been known to lose my keys every now and then. They also have an after hours number that you can call if you've locked yourself out of your house/car - although lord knows how much they charge if you call them out at 3am after a big night! The day before the cleaning I received an email saying the time had been unilaterally changed by 2 hours which caused a scheduling issue on my end. The cleaner was nice and he did a decent job, but the communication and terrible, and the value for money was a concern. I won't be calling the cleaners again.

I was in the market for a cleaner and struck up a conversation, probably starting with some scintillating small talk and a few zingers to establish rapport. Later on I called him up, he came over to my apartment and checked the place out so he could give me an accurate quote. He was honest, fair, and an excellent and fast communicator. I got a spring clean, which is pretty much the whole place minus little things like the oven, but who needs that cleaned anyway, right? You're just gonna mess it up again with sweet brisket juice or something. He smiled and told me to trust him. I did. And man, did he do an awesome job. The entire place was sparkling, top to bottom. He really went over and above, and is a guy that takes pride in his work. He's my main man whenever I need a clean from now on. He works locally around the North Shore, but I think he also goes farther afield.
